Sadly it did not perform well. The unit cost nearly $300 and it does not have HDMI. The Bluetooth function is a good option, but I could not get this to connect to my TV; even with the assistance of Samsung's tech support team. The sound was good when using the optical connection. From what I gather this is a pretty good soundbar when paired with a Samsung TV and when it's on sale for about half price. There are better Samsung soundbars available for less money and with more features. I was able to return the product for a full refund. Thank you Best Buy!

In a small space like an apartment is where it really shines. Volume is quite loud and bass is also surprisingly good. Wouldn't recommend for a larger living space cuz you'll surely wish it were much louder. It connects by optical cable, which IS included. HDMI would have been nice but odd it isn't supported. So stop reading and go buy one!
