However i am disappointed in the fact that the systems remote was missing and Best Buy was only willing to issue a refund therefore squandering the value of my open box score.

Then one day around August 2023, the remote control stopped working. I replaced the batteries and that did nothing; it was a brick. I used the remote infrequently to begin with so I didn't think much of this and continued living life. However, one day in April 2024, suddenly the bluetooth didn't connect to my TV, and then I noticed it no longer connected to any of my devices (phone, computer, etc), no matter what I did. I checked the manual and did both a hard and soft reset, even though the speaker said "BLUETOOTH READY" it did not show up on any of my devices. Then, I made the mistake of contacting bestbuy customer service for help. If I brought in the speaker for a diagnosis, I would be $100 down, with no guarantee of a solution, and if I asked someone to come to where I live and look at the speaker, I would be $129 down, also with no guarantee of a solution. After looking at other reviews about 'Connectivity' this is not an isolated problem. I don't know how a manufacturer botches something as simple as bluetooth connectivity, but that is what happened with this device. Don't try to cheap out on a speaker like I did. I wish I had just paid more up front so that a speaker would work for more than a year. My mistake! Won't be ordering from Bestbuy or Samsung again.

Really easy to set up and and very nice sound - just need to improve the remote.
