This is my first soundbar, so I have very limited ability to compare, but compared to the stock speakers on the TV, this sound bar is awesome! It is smaller than it looks, but has a strong sound. Works Great!

It's a very nice soundbar and sub for a condo. I purchased this to mount on the wall with a 55 inch Samsung TV. The audio has been great. I tested the sub using a DVD and it was nice. No problems are 1 month. Very satisfied.

Quality is great sound is great very minimal space needed and the bass can be placed in a corner no wires to run for the bass.

Was not expecting much from having a soundbar. I had to downsize from a 7.1 system. This unit really has a kick to it, even though it is not even close to what I had. I am extremely happy with the unit.

This was an excellent purchase. I purchased this one because my old DVD Home Theater System went out. Since I had the same brand before decided to get the same kind. I did not know the new changes did not include a DVD player.

I didn't know how much a soundbar would enhance the whole television experience! You would think I was actually @ the movie's, concert, sporting event. This and my Samsung television. Gives me the ultimate experience.

Purchased this sound bar because it was a Samsung, and in our price range. Pleasantly surprised with how much improvement it's made to the sound of our TV. Our granddaughter noticed, immediately ! ( She's 4 )

I had a lower model of this and the bass unit went out so decided to upgrade just recently. I like this model better than the previous one. Easy setup as before but better sound from the soundbar and the bass is better also.

Bluetooth and pairing so easy with my Samsung Oled TV. I considered other brands, but chose compatible devices. Moreover, the sound enhancement is all I need. It's a huge difference from TV speaker, yet not over the top.

After installing our new TV, my husband needed the sound bar to help his hearing. This seemed to be a good value. It was extremely easy to set up with TV and our dish remote. Our customer service at Best Buy was excellent.

Bought this speaker at Bestbuy Rt.22 NJ. The staff there is so kind and very attentive. They really did great assisting us. As per the speaker itself it is definitely a keeper my husband loves it and that's all I wanted.

I am absolutely blown away at how high the quality is on this sound bar and subwoofer set. The music is so clear and the subwoofer hits so hard it’s crazy! The best money I’ve spent on a sound bar by far!

Its good when its working. But every week to two weeks it somehow lose connection (via Bluetooth) to the TV and i have to completely go in and unpair it, then re-pair it with the TV to make it work again.

I love this soundboard but it's settings constantly compete with TV and Apple TV settings and sometimes it takes a few pushes of the button until it kicks in and I can turn down the volume but in the meantime you are listening to loud TV

The Samsung HW-T550 Sound bar itself sounds great, now our Samsung TV doesn't need to be turned up so high. The Subwoofer is a different story. It sucks. I can't really hear anything unless I put my ear up to it. Yes, I went to "sound" on my TV. "Output" [AV] Sound at T5 Series (H....) SOUND BAR MODE (TBD). I also found the equilizer (for the TV) & turned the Bass all the way up, then turned up all levers up to the top, no difference. I also turned Subwoofers volume up to +6. I don't have any other settings for the sound bar, & yes it is plugged into HDMI ARC on the TV. I don't know what else to do to for the volume, so don't expect much, but the sound bar does sound good for tv volume

Looks fairly basic. Gets the job done. I like the Bluetooth connectivity to my phone. Has ARC. Sub could have a better quality housing. Sub is wireless which is nice.

This sound bar sounds amazing never thought you could get so much bass and power from a wireless subwoofer! Samsung really came through this time. Great product for the price.

Sound is good, wished it was a little louder. However this is all in the ear of the beholder. It does enhance the sound of the TV so if that is all you are looking for, it's a go.

I have to admit, this little thing packs a punch. I was skeptical at first, but I couldn't be happier about my purchase. My kids love the experience when watching Disney movies. Great purchase!
