This was my first soundbar purchase and I got to say I’m pretty impressed. It’s definitely an upgrade from the tv speakers. Going back and comparing the sound from the tv speakers you notice the difference and it just doesn’t sound right. It’s easy to setup, especially when connecting to a Samsung tv. You can control everything from your Samsung tv remote which is very convenient. Overall I’m really happy with this purchase. The only problem I can think of is the price. I feel it’s a little overpriced

Easy to set up. Was confused at first to why my TV was still echoy, turns out u have to turn off the volume from ur tv and just use the soundbar!! Works great , excellent sound quality for movies and for music videos!

I have a relatively brand new 70” Samsung TV. The volume on it is not that great. I would have to turn the volume up to 99 when watching movies and Netflix. Now with this sound bar I only have to turn the volume up between 20-40. It’s perfectly clear sounding! No weird noises, trembling, or static. There are numerous options such as surround sound, game mode etc.. and the modes can all be changed with the touch of a button. Super easy to set up and to use! Highly recommend. Worth the money!

Easy to use, incredible sound and bass. Syncs up very well with Samsung TVs. The TV ARC feature is a savior. This soundbar does not support Dolby Digital + though. (A feature mainly prevalent with Netflix) so I had to dock one star for that. This soundbar (retail) is OVERPRICED for a 2020 bar. Dolby True HD has been pushing a decade, and Dolby Atmos has been around since around 2017. I would not be comfortable spending upwards of $300 for a soundbar that doesn't give these options. Fortunately they dropped this to $180 for black friday, then I was able to score an open box for $143. If it wasn't for that I would not have bought this soundbar. The sound however, is great, and I am very happy I made this decision when I did. If interested I would keep a look out for sales or holidays rather than paying full price.

The soundbar was soooo easy to install and sounds great, especially at this price point. Good value for the money. I have had better systems with superior sound but they are at minimum triple the price. I would recommend this product.

Easy setup and great sound. Love that I can connect my iPhone via Bluetooth. If you don’t want to hassle with multi speakers all over your room but a full sound from your TV, then this is the way to go.

Excellent sound quality, though somehow it picked upy tv remote so sometimes when I mess with the tv volume it messes with the sound bar volume, could be because my tv is a samsung as well

Sounds great, been having some disconnection issues. The best sound is when it’s connected via HDMI. The bass is great but when a movie has dialogue you have to raise the volume to get better sound.

My 2yr Sony soundbar but the dust so I upgraded to this one, well it was an upgrade! Def better sound quality and more power. Price was reasonable and I’m very happy with this purchase!

Set up of this unit was simple. The sound is amazing. Great bass that doesn't drown the dialog. I am exceedingly pleased for the value/performance.

Good soundbar. Samsung make great quality products. I have a Samsung tv so pairing was sooo easy. Wireless sub was a plus. Its a great soundbar if you are looking for something that will give you more boom to your movie, show, sports..ect..

I purchased this Samsung sound-bar and subwoofer for my grandfather who has trouble understanding voices on tv without having to turn the television sound way up and then has to shout to speak to my grandmother! I set this unit up in their den and they love how it sounds and how easy it is to use since it is hooked up to their Samsung smart tv. I used the optical cable connection which made setup a breeze and once I turned off the tv speakers the sound-bar provided crystal clear sound and both my Grandfather and Grandmother are happy. I was so impressed with the sound for the price that I am going to buy one for myself. Highly recommend

The speakers in my TV went bad. Was hard to distinguish what was being said. Too much distortion. Now, with sound bar, I can hear everything. Sound bar with woofer- way better than I before.

First off, I’m not a regular review writer. I think I’ve written 2 reviews in my life this being my second one. This sound bar though... This. Thing. Bumps. After reading a bunch of reviews of both expensive and cheaper units I landed here. I’m glad I did. I’ve been using this bar for a little while now and it’s LOUD. Like get the cops called from a single bar loud. The remote sub works flawlessly. I was skeptical with remote subs due to lag but there’s none whatsoever. For the price and quality you can’t go wrong here.

Great sound and product from Samsung. Sound is clear, crisp. Bass isn't overwhelming. This is my 2nd soundbar purchase from Samsung, and I wouldn't buy anything else.

The sound bar and sub are really easy to setup and use. For the price point it has good sound. Good for a second TV. If i were buying for my main TV, i would buy one with better sound quality at a higher price point.

Great quality - especially nice if you have a Samsung TV so you don't need two remotes. Sound sounds clear and crisp and you have control over the bass/subwoofer separately which is nice. Setup was easy.

First time owning a soundbar. Purchased a Samsung as our Smart TV is a Samsung. Incredibly easy to set up. Amazing sound quality. Would highly recommend this product.

The sound from the Samsung HW-T550 Soundbar is just stunning. You can't beat it for the price. It is being used with a Samsung 4K TV so the interface is seamless.

Nice soundbar - got it at a great price and what a difference it made from the tv only speakers. I didn't need anything fancy. But my aging ears really appreciate it.
