We viewed many brands, and found this Samsung microwave fit our needs. Its convenient forall people, and very easy to use. Its size is great, and its performance is nice. Convenient controls and easy mounting are appreciated.

First I have to say that this gorgeous sleek looking black stainless Samsung microwave, looks so much better in person, pictures do no justice. The black stainless is elegant and sophisticated in looks, and truly does not show fingerprints and smudge marks, which I find attractive. If you have children you will love the fact that this black stainless, shows no finger prints, smudge marks, and dirt. It just looks absolutely beautiful all the time. Love the push buttons on the display on the bottom for me easier to reach if your not tall, but also gives the microwave a sleek beautiful more modern look. I love the sensor feature on this microwave, and is true, it really does sense what the oven is cooking, time is exact on mine. I love the fact that on the SAMSUNG the clock feature actually stays on. Veggies cook perfectly whether you are cooking fresh which comes out perfectly, and timed right or whether you are doing frozen steamers or other frozen veggies. I also do use the dinner plate option a lot, and find that the sensor is accurate in not only time, but really gets the food hot. If you love hot food as I do, you will love this feature. Also I can not believe how great my baked potatoes came in this microwave, don't know how the oven knows how long to cook them but they came out perfectly, as if I cooked them in a oven, I cooked 5 good size baked potatoes, tender and moist in the inside. The ventilation system on this Samsung microwave truly does eliminate fumes, steam, and any cooking odors. Another great feature is the wonderful LED cooktop lights, with the soft blue color, I love that. And who does not love the inside of this microwave, with it's Enamel Interior, which does make this microwave stain resistant scratch free, and so easy to maintain and keep clean. And if your someone who needs to defrost something to eat, no worry, this microwave defrosts very good, I am happy about this. All in all this microwave is not only beautiful and elevated by the gorgeous black stainless, but for the price, a very good pick I feel. It has other features as well, I also love using the soften/melt feature which works perfectly. It looks gorgeous in the kitchen, much prettier in person, all in all a very good microwave for the price. Could not be happier with our choice. This microwave is working well despite having been dented somewhere along the line. When it was delivered my kitchen remodel was not ready for it so the delivery guy just put it in the corner. When we went to install it, we found that there was a pretty big dent on the side. The box had conveniently been placed with the damaged side facing into the corner (the damage on the box had been covered with brown tape). We needed to install it because the backsplash tile was going to be installed the next day.. Luckily it works great and the damage is not seen. It looks very nice and is easy to use. Installation was pretty straightforward if you read the directions carefully and make sure to match the template with the oven and the studs--minor adjustments were needed.

I purchased the microwave for our kitchen remodel. After looking online at different websites and reading about it I found it for $100 cheaper at bb than anywhere else. Although I had to wait two almost a month because the first one was dented in box and my local store doesn't carry it normally so they had to order it twice we are very much satisfied with the microwave and would recommend Samsung appliances to everyone.

It's a pretty good microwave and looks nice but was slightly difficult to hang. It has a lot of room inside and I love the interior material as it hides the food stains very well. Two small things I don't like, however, are that the timer doesn't stay on if you want to cook food at the same time and the ad 30 seconds button still makes you have to hit start afterwards.

We are enjoying using our new microwave. We found it fairly easy to install ourselves. It replaces an older unit that's undercounted lights had failed a few years ago. This model is sleek. Is easy to program and after poor lighting for our stove in the past I am loving the bright lights that adjust to brighter if needed while cooking. I also find the vent fan to be more efficient then the one on our previous model. The only thing I do miss from the old one is a small thing... The door on the old unit only extended from the left to just before the control panel on the right. The new unit has a door that is the full width of the unit. It feels a bit combersome and I am adjusting to allowing for this when moving around the microwave when the door is open. I think it is something we will quickly be used to, just each of us has noticed the need to allow for it when opening the door. I would definitely recommend it, for ease of use and sylish blending with other appliances in our kitchen.

Has lots of space , easy to use , and has alot of features

This microwave was bought for the renovation of my grandma's house. It's a great microwave even though I don't use that much. But goes well with the kitchen, easy to use and I like the simple high and low light option. It does what a microwave is supposed to do, but with the style and sleek design of Samsung. My Nana would be proud!

Cooks perfectly. Easy to operate. Easy installation.

Find power level to work well and space inside microwave is very good. Really like the control buttons incorporated into microwave front glass. Microwave looks good and matches look and feel of matching Samsung Range and Refrigerator. Auto cooking/heating functions work very well. Installation requires proper mounting of wall bracket. Wall bracket must support full load of microwave. Measure from bottom of wall cabinet to mount wall bracket. Top of microwave cabinet retains captured nuts for kitchen wall cabinet mounting bolts. The microwave cabinet nuts are not installed to support load of microwave. Drawing the microwave up to kitchen wall cabinet with bolts deforms the top of the microwave case. Proper installation results in great looking appliance.

Microwave was an outstanding buy. Has more bells and whistles than I can possibly use: the only problem being a steep learning curve if you want/need to use ALL the features available. For basic microwaving, it fits the bill: simple to use and very efficient.

This unit performs at the top of its class and looks great as well! The features are extensive and the large door adds an extra flare. The buttons are responsive and the popcorn feature works perfectly. Best Buy on the other hand has been less than helpful. It took 5 days and 11 hours on the phone to get my correct products in working condition. For all the trouble I was promised things that have not been delivered a month later! I have sent over 4 emails to their "contact us" page and only receive the automatic response telling me they received my email. This process has be on going for over a month now!

Matt and his asst were on time and did a terrific job installing our above stove microwave. I think Matt is a gem and a great employee! Congratulations! The Sanyo microwave is very easy to use, sleek and has more options than our previous microwave.

Our old microwave was dying but not dead so we were able to shop around and we found this microwave. We went with this model for multiple reasons, it had the shelf and rotating tray both, it didn't feel like it was cheaply made (not like others in or around the same price point), it was very reasonably priced, and the buttons are at the bottom so our 7 year old can reach the buttons and operate the microwave without a stool or having to climb all over our counters. The microwave works exactly as advertised and has been very consistent at heating food. Installing it was not difficult either, although it required a few new holes from our old one. All in all, this was a great deal on an excellent microwave.

The samsung microwave with the controls at the bottom is a very nice looking appliance.True to the Samsung name ,it not only looks good, it also performs well.I have received several compliments from family and friends about how good it looks.

I replaced with a previous model that I had for 12 years so the set up took less than 5 minutes. The auto programs were easy to understand and operate. I chose the gray color and looks elegant in my kitchen. Love it.

Our old microwave was acting up from the get go, but this device has been a great addition to our kitchen. Its size is perfect for our needs and its list of functions is very helpful with all uses so far.

Needed to replace my old microwave and this one had some really good reviews. The Best Buy assocaite (very nice and friendly) also said this was a very good model. We ave used it now for several weeks and have been very happy with it. More space, cooks great and has a very good looking front. My only con with the unit is you can not cook something at the same time as using the microwave timer or vice versa, this was not the case on my old unit, but still very happy with the purchase.
