So far I'm extremely happy with the whole Samsung package we bought. This microwave is incredible, top of the line, has great features & is easy to use. Attractive as well!

We were impressed with the features and appearance of this microwave and based on our limited use we are very pleased. It offers a large number of features compared to our previous microwave.

This microwave is just what we wanted. It has awesome features which make it easy to use! I love the light on it and how well it fits above my stove!!!

The first and best thing about this oven is that it has the lowest microwave leakage I have ever measures. I am not a professional reviewer but I am old enough to recall issues with microwave leakage so I own a microwave survey meter and check my ovens from time to time. All of my previous ovens had small leakage from the bottom. This was not a health issue but this microwave is the first I have seen with not such leakage. I like that the number keys always correspond to cook times by default. Our previous GE had buttons 1-6 correspond to minutes of cook time. I often accidentally set too long a cook time that way so I prefer this, but my wife does not. Also as other noted while the Kitchen timer is on you can not start the microwave. We have another timer so when this is an issue, I stop the timer, transfer the time to the other timer and use the oven. I have found that the smart sensor works well for items like vegetables. The pizza reheat also works well but tend to run a bit too long. I have not tried many of the presets but I suggest that users watch their food closely the first time the try them. Microwave safety is a big thing with me, my concern is cataracts in eyes and this unit looks to be the safest I have seen.

People at the store were helpful in making a decision on which microwave was best for me. It was easy to install, looks good and works great.

Wow, what a sleek wonderful looking product! It was smaller than my previous microwave, which was only 1.7cu ft. I was able to get a bigger microwave and be safer with more room to the stove top. Also, the controls on the bottom give it a nice looking along with it being super quiet. This is a microwave one can not live without.

Seemed like it was a lot larger than the last one we had but all we had to do was raise the cabinets up 1 1/2" and it looks great! Really like all the added feautrures of it and the LED lighting underneath.

This Microwave looks bigger than my old one but it fit in the old cut out like a glove heats fast and even.

I just moved to a gas range. I really didn't understand the big deal. It has the normal 4 burners with the middle "saute" burner. The first time I used the gas convection oven, I was in love! I do a lot of baking during the winter and this oven is fantastic. I appreciate the option of cooking with the convection oven as well as the traditional baking setting. The timer was a little tricky to get used to, but overall - it's a great product!

Yes pricey, but black stainless steel looks slick and the LED's are a nice touch. Has quite a few features too

very big inside nice for large items, the button panel is a bit hard to operate it feels like you have to put your finger through the back wall for it to register a any of the commands to start, was a bit pricey, I do like it though, sleek look

Very nice look to this microwave. very stylish. It is also very quiet and easy to use.

The black stainless steel looks great, the installation was fairly easy and the performance, even though it's the same wattage as the old one, it is more efficient and shaves some time off cooking. The rack for cooking 2 things at once is a life saver.

Microwave looks great and works even better. I would recommend getting this microwave.
