Works great, heats food fast & evenly. I love the features such as 4 speeds for the fan, 2 settings for the light & did I mention it's beautiful- black stainless. Large. Quiet. Had a Frigidaire prior to. Changing all applications from Frigidaire to Samsung.

I think this microwave is so easy to use and heats food so evenly it is great. Also, after opening the door, it has an easy list guide of all kinds of food. Looks great, and has the steel handed of my other Samsung appliances.

Fit our cabinets well, and the installation templates for where to drill on the wall worked very well. The microwave does what it's supposed to do, and it's shiny and matches the other appliances so the wife is happy.

I installed it myself [replacing a broken oven], the installation was relatively quick and easy. You'll only need help when securing the oven to the wall cabinet. We didn't have a timer on our old microwave, we just assumed all of them had one, but the LG we bought did not include a timer. We really like the timer on the new oven; it's loud and can be set down to fractions of a minute. The re-warm features work well, and are easy to set. We liked the design appearance of the oven - the controls are along the bottom edge rather than on the right hand side as typical. This design however does make the oven door much wider than normal, so you have to get accustomed to standing further away from the oven in order to fully open the door.

This is a great microwave easy to use. Very quiet.

we did a lot of research before buying our new microwave.. installation was easy , it took about 40min. to install. the directions were easy to follow and everything went very smooth.. the quality of the microwave is very high .. we are still learning all the functions probably more options then we will ever use but they are there if needed.

Takes longer to heat than previous microwave, but size and looks are good.

The look of the microwave is exactly as expected and looks great with our other black stainless appliances. Since the door is the full width of the appliance, it makes the door slightly awkward to use compared to a normal size one. All the special features are a great added bonus!
