It evenly cooks/reheats food. Does defrost without cooking a section. The led night lights are great for the family and power bill. The kids enjoy buttons they can reach easily. All around a bit pricy but worth it for as long as someone keeps a microwave

Love the color and different layout of this microwave! There are a ton of auto options for cooking, defrosting, heating, etc. Totally and completely easy to master. My only complaint is that there is a setting for cooking prawns but not one for bacon! Terrible!

This microwave looks sleek in the black stainless steel and has a lot of functions and features. It heats items thoroughly quickly and having a convection type system is highly rated

Not only is it visually appealing. All the features are outstanding. We had been researching this one for a while, we walked into our local Best Buy and they had the display model on sale and we couldn’t pass it up. We are definitely beyond pleased with our purchase.

I love my new microwave. It is very quiet and energy efficient. The only drawback I would say is the distance between the metal rack and the top of the inside of the microwave, I found it to be shorter than my old one. Other than that I love it!!

Believe it or not, we think this microwave looks better than our fridge and oven! We like the roominess that the unit offers and the multiple settings provided. The LED lights underneath the unit are also a plus over the older incandescent bulb that our previous unit offered.

If you are looking for a high-capacity and powerful over-the-range unit, this was a steal on a daily deal (~$300). It's quiet, has buttons on the bottom of the door (which I initially found odd), has pleasant LED down lighting and a good exhaust system.

I saw this microwave in the store and immediately loved the look of it. I read some lukewarm reviews about it later which worries me a bit, but for now my only complaint is that it's kind of hard to open sometimes. Aesthetically, it's very nice, even with black appliances.

Great over the range microwave, it's not loud and is very easy to clean. It looks really great in our kitchen. Warms and cooks food perfectly.

This is one heck of a microwave. First off, it looks absolutely amazing over my stainless steel Samsung range. The ice blue LED display gives that contemporary look in the kitchen and it can't be described in words, you just have to see it for yourself. The capacity is huge and the interior of this microwave is nice with the ceramic look. I love the design overall, and I can comment on its performance as well. In short, Samsung nailed it with this microwave. I am so happy with this purchase. Thank you Best Buy!

Nice looking microwave with GREAT features! Several different settings to thaw, cook, and pre-heat your food. Two different light settings, several different fan levels. All in all GREAT product as usual from Samsung!

I have replaced two previous microwaves in the past 16 years with the second one being the most disappointing it being an Electrolux. The Electrolux was purchased to match the frig but it broke within the first week and bought from Best Buy. Yes, they did fix it but I wanted to return and was not able to. It worked since then but with noises and lasted 4-years. The Samsung black SS looks great and has been working for the past 2 months-a bit early to rate it this high but so far so good.

I'm very happy so far. It's large, easy to operate and quite. It also has a lot of options as far as cooking choices go.

We've only had this for a month but are extremely pleased. A snap to install just requiring a new set of bolt holes above and the new mounting bracket. I can recommend this unit now.

It's a nice looking appliance very convenient to read instructions on the inside door the LED downlights are nice and bright and overall very easy to use only downside is the metal rack is not up high enough to put a glass in

The first microwave had a manufacturing defect. Best Buy replaced it. It was very easy to install. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. I have only used it for a week, but it is working great.

we replaced our old microwave with this one.it was heavy to mount but looks better and works better.it has many more features than the old one and more space.the fan and light work nicely. very satisfied

Great microwave, has tons of features. The door is very heavy and had to be adjusted. The instructions were very simple and the template included was very easy to follow.
