The control pad is laid out along the bottom of the door rather than to the side. The door spans the entire front of the oven but the actual cooking space smaller. Works well, heats evenly. Looks nice as part of a kitchen suite.

Well what do you say, its a samsung. They have out did them self with this microwave. Its quite and does cook well. I like the sensor system in the microwave as it makes sure your food or breverage has been done right. Also very easy to install.

Very pleased with this microwave. We vented it to the outside and it really moves air very well. It seems very powerful and heats things quickly. Installed above our gas range and so far has handled everything we have put it thru!

We have the Samsung kitchen suite with black stainless steel fronts. It is a beautiful set. When this unit came out at a reasonable price we snapped it up. Love all the features so far and works as well as one could hope.

Bought the whole appliance package and love it!!! Def would recommend

It supposed to be the closest to smudge free but still smudges a lot.

I really love this microwave. It is extremely quiet and give you lots of great options. I really like how the reheating and sensor heating options are easy to select and work. The self cleaning option is great and easy to keep clean.

I went through the effort of installing this piece of junk Microwave and the electronic panel does not work. I called customer service/support they made me unplug the wire which I had already done and than they told me to turn the switch off from the electrical panel... I had never heard that one before. The support person was some lady that had no clue, she was just reading off some things. Can you believe it before trouble shooting she told me to return the item... I also never heard that one before. I got assigned to a repair facility that everytime I called them back I got their vm. They closed the ticket. I couldn't believe it. I am still going thru the pain of getting the darn thing to work...:-( Terrible Customer Service!!!

The black stainless steel is so sleek looking and doesn't get the prints on it as bad as the stainless steel. The company seems to have trouble with shipping as I am on my 3rd one to get one that doesn't have dents or wavy front panels.

This is a very sleek looking microwave oven. Love the LED lighting.
