The buttons are hard to push and I find myself having to push the same button several times sometimes to get it to go. Also, the 30 second button doesnt auto start the microwave which is a convenient feature. There's also no auto start on the 1-6 buttons. for 6 minutes you have to push 6 0 0 Start. Just another really nice feature I used alot in other microwaves.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Motor went bad not the turntable motor but the main motor after just six months of use Samsung sent out a technician to repair it so it's working did not feel the Samsung technician was very qualified or knowledgeable otherwise really love the glass front.

It is difficult to center the glass turntable on the plastic drive spindle and it is easily dislodged. Somewhat noisy when turntable is running even if centered.

It was replaced with our Totaltech warranty. The replacement lasted 3 weeks before it went out. We have a $3,000 Samsung fridge that we had a similar experience with. We will not be buying Samsung products anymore, as it looks like they just aren’t built to last.
