    I have had this microwave for a little over a year, and it stopped working. I have reached out to samsung to get it looked at, and 3 techs explained to me that the magnetron which is under warranty for 10 years, was faulty. Due to it being faulty it burned 2 spots in the painted coating not allowing it to heat the food. I was lucky enought to have time to wat h the tech and he did a great job explaining. Fast forward to now when i try to get samsung to apply the warranty they say sorry we can't. Your microwave is broken because of the burn marks inside. Seems as though if you back the magnetron with a warranty you would cover all the stuff it breaks on the way out.

    Its very cool and matches the other appliances. The door has an issue that started a week after purchase. Makes horrible snapping cracking noises when open / shutting. Trying to get it exchanged with Bestbuy. Works great otherwise.
