We bought the microwave to go with our Bespoke line of kitchen appliances. Based on what our installer said, we took out the grate that came with it. 12 months later, and it's still working like a charm.

Clean look, no handle. Perfect fit for over the range microwave. Cooking guide neatly and clearly posted inside the door. Two brights light more than enough to cover the range top. Vent fan is powerful yet not that loud. Easy push-pop out filter. I miss the express cook from my old appliance. This model has a bunch of automatic temp sensitive settings to learn.

Terrible job of testing an open box item.

They said that they tested it and that it worked fine. I tested it and within a day it overheated and shut down. Then it cooled off, and did the same thing again. Within a week it broke completely. Terrible job of testing Best Buy. This wasted a lot of my time. Going to the store and back, and installing and uninstalling it. The microwave was super quiet when it was running. There was not fan running to cool the heating mechanism. Which caused it to burn out. Again, terrible job of testing Best Buy
