    This microwave looks sharp in our freshly remodeled kitchen. Had some modifications to perform but installation was easy. I installed ours 16" above out range. 13" was a little to close so I had to modify the cabinet above. Very pleased with the experience of dealing with Best Buy, the delivery and the product itself...PLUS....saved a boatload of money buying a package deal during their holiday sales.

    I like that the front of the microwave is flush and is opened from the side. What I don't love is that the"power level" is not obvious. I'm not at all site why Samsung did this but you have to hit "ok" for the power level instead of what all other microwaves have as "power level". But with that being said I like it and would buy it again.

    This was my first time installing a microwave and it was about as hard as expected. The shelf and turntable are nice but it is hard to use a dish cover if the shelf is inside. One more inch of interior space would go a long way but I love the size of the microwave oven. The cut out diagrams for install made it easier but you must be exact. And, Don't forget to turn the fan around if you are interior venting.
