Clean and Sleek Microwave. Love the touch selection right infront. Micro light is super bright. Open handle is on the side great touch.

It was a Great fit for the one it replaced but I was Disappointed that it did not come with any warranty information. There also was not a book with any directions. Plus it was supposed to be fingerprint resistant and it definitely is not!

The control panel along the bottom of door took some getting used to, but practical. The buttons only need a light touch. The “hidden handle” on the side enhances the sleek design. Only caution for DIY installers is that there may be a need to drill new holes, as our professional installer found out as well. Otherwise, two thumbs up!

We absolutely love this microwave! It looks beautiful and works great! I especially like it because I am short and the buttons are on the bottom where I can reach them easily. Very good buy.

The first thing you'll notice and love about this Samsung microwave is its looks, and how it immediately makes your kitchen look more modern. Aside from that, it seems to function well and warms things up as a microwave should. Some of the controls and features are confusing, but I think that there'll always be a bit of getting used to when going from an unit you've been using for years to a new one with a different control setup. And as far as quality goes, it feels very well built, but we'll see how it holds up in the long run. Overall, I think it largely comes down to how important the looks are for you, and if it's worth the premium. Performance wise, it's not like we can test-drive microwaves, so it's hard to say how much better or not the unit performs compared to the next one, but so far I've been quite happy with this Samsung microwave.

The product was selected based of our specific need. It was purchased at Best Buy for convenience of location. The mismanagement of installation is another story. It was rescheduled 3 times with a lot of confusion in between. This is what happens when the delivery and installation is scheduled through a third party. Multiple Systems incapable of interfacing. Add to all this long wait times every time customer service was called. Very unlike BestBuy. Very disappointed .

Yes, the first thing we thought was this is going to be difficult to get used to, but not having a handle makes it so much easier to clean. With the handle integrated into the door, it makes it so much more aerodynamic and easier to use and clean.

I've always wanted a microwave that didn't run you out of the house when the fan was on -- this one fits the bill! The fan has four speeds and the lowest is whisper quiet. The unit is very consumer friendly and all the controls are quite intuitive (a real plus for a non-techie like me). The smooth front (no handle) really looks sharp.

Overall good microwave from Samsung. Our previous was the same model, and it stopped heating after 3.5 years due to some electrical issue.

Didn’t even know I had a dream microwave until we found this! So modern and sleek. We love not having a handle bump out in the front - makes it feel much more spacious above the range while we’re cooking.

Love this microwave! The appearance is sleek! Love having no handle to clean. The 4 fan settings are nice so you don't have to run it only on high. I've never used shortcut buttons on a microwave but tried the popcorn and potato ones so far and they work great. Only had this microwave for a couple of months so far but love it.

So far, it's been a great purchase. It's very sleek in appearance and heats the food up pretty good.

This is a very goid microwave oven. Sleek design, clean lines, like the controls on front. Especially like that it doesn't have a handle to open. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have the 30-second button automatically start the oven, rather than having to select 30 seconds and then press start.

This microwave is great and works well, looks modern

This is the largest microwave I have ever owned. Many great features including stacked plates, keep warm, and turn off the turnstile for rectangular baking dishes. They could have spent a little more time on the operating manual, as I am still learning how to use and set some of the features.
