I can finally not burn my popcorn and is super modern

I love this microwave, but it has taken me over two weeks to understand the ins and outs of running it. I’ve made 2 calls to Samsung to try to do something simple, like lowering the power. The useless manual says, for example, press “power” to set power levels. THERE IS NO POWER BUTTON! How simple is it to provide a manual that applies to that particular model?

Love the microwave. It's so slick and clean with the hidden handle. Functionality is beyond my wildest dreams. Would buy again of course. Matches the rest of my samsung appliances we bought from Best Buy in Ames, Iowa. You shouldn't hesitate to buy this microwave as well.

The buttons are heat sensitive to touch, not pressure sensitive like most microwaves which sometimes means I keep pushing down and nothing happens. Otherwise I absolutely love this microwave. It works really well, has awesome presets, and is easy to use!

Beautiful piece of equipment. Lots of features and room to cook. It does have functionality issues. It will loose power while cooking on some of the pre-set features and the fan makes a loud popping noise On had product less than 2 months and already having to have someone come out and look at it for repair to return.

This was actually my second choice. My first choice was on back order for 2 months. I haven’t used all the features yet. I like how easy it is to clean. The vent button gets easily started when I clean the front, however.

I give it 3 stars because the vent is really loud on a low setting and extremely loud on high. It has a low setting but it's useless, hardly pulls anything , the keypad is hard to see unless the light is on because all I see is a glare of me or my background and the blackened area of the window of the door, is tall so I can't see inside as well how the food looks. Maybe if I was taller then it has only 2 light options, but I didn't see anything special with the microwave. I can see my fingerprints to. It does have a rack and turntable. If it was quieter, I'd go possibly 5 stars regardless of my other complaints, but I can't get past the noise.

Best microwave ever. Don’t settle for less. You don’t realize how much of a difference this will make.

Has a rack that's handy for multiple items to be warmed up. More interior space without compromising the installed cabinet space. The best part is the preset options for reheating and/or cooking. Only minor issue is the anti fingerprint. I would say it's semi anti fingerprint.

Does everything well. Full-featured and looks good. The user manual is sub-par, however. The days of complete printed instructional material are long gone, I fear. Most microwave functions are obvious, of course, but there were a couple of things that needed further explanation.

We upgraded to this microwave from a whirlpool and it is jut fantastic. The vents and LED lights are wonderful. The size of this is also excellent. Installation took a few hours by myself, but that’s because it was my first time and wanted to measure everything three times! Other than that, it was fairly simple.

I love the oven. Sleek look with no handle. My last Maytag ovens developed cracks in the door by the handle. This oven so far did not have any problem in that nature. That's the feature I care for most. Material of construction and workmanship is certainly better than my last ovens.

Great microwave great features. With the rack and turntable Im able to cook 2 items at same time. Which means Dinner on the table faster on a work night.
