Easy to use, and easy hook up. Work well. Sleek Design

I give it 3 stars because the vent is really loud on a low setting and extremely loud on high. It has a low setting but it's useless, hardly pulls anything , the keypad is hard to see unless the light is on because all I see is a glare of me or my background and the blackened area of the window of the door, is tall so I can't see inside as well how the food looks. Maybe if I was taller then it has only 2 light options, but I didn't see anything special with the microwave. I can see my fingerprints to. It does have a rack and turntable. If it was quieter, I'd go possibly 5 stars regardless of my other complaints, but I can't get past the noise.

Underlight is nice and bright! Fan is very effective with the inlet placements and variable speed. 1000 watt is sufficient but noticeable difference from our 1200 watt unit. Turntable has a 20 second rotation time. This is inconvenient for times 10 second intervals I regularly use. i.e. 1 min 50 seconds to heat my large coffee ends with the cup handle in the back. Not sure why they use a slower rotation than most other manufacturers.

Love this microwave! Great buy for a great price! This microwave can do everything. Installation was very simple.

Has a rack that's handy for multiple items to be warmed up. More interior space without compromising the installed cabinet space. The best part is the preset options for reheating and/or cooking. Only minor issue is the anti fingerprint. I would say it's semi anti fingerprint.

I love the oven. Sleek look with no handle. My last Maytag ovens developed cracks in the door by the handle. This oven so far did not have any problem in that nature. That's the feature I care for most. Material of construction and workmanship is certainly better than my last ovens.

Does everything well. Full-featured and looks good. The user manual is sub-par, however. The days of complete printed instructional material are long gone, I fear. Most microwave functions are obvious, of course, but there were a couple of things that needed further explanation.

We upgraded to this microwave from a whirlpool and it is jut fantastic. The vents and LED lights are wonderful. The size of this is also excellent. Installation took a few hours by myself, but that’s because it was my first time and wanted to measure everything three times! Other than that, it was fairly simple.

Bought the microwave about a month back. I have happy with its performance. The only suggestion for improvement is that Samsung could have provided more user instructions. It took sometime to figure out the features I was used to with other microwaves. All in all very happy with the microwave.

So far so good. It does what it needs to do. Appreciate the white light plus the easy to remove and clean vents. Only thing I would change is that the door hinge has been screeching since day 1.

I love using this microwave. I take advantage of using the sensor cooking options. I put in a frozen breakfast burrito then press "cook" then press "3" and it senses the food and cooks it just right. The appearance is very sleek with no handle sticking out and the touch panel being seamless with the glass.

After 3 years with this microwave, I can say it’s a real good one.

Had to return an Insignia to get this one. More than sometimes, a well known brand and higher price/better models can go a long way. I think a lot of people including me do not use most of the features/setting of a microwave and all I wanted was a one with basic features including a good exhaust fan and light. I like how it has 2 exhausts and many (4, I think) exhaust speeds and two (white) light settings. The only thing I have added (based on experience from past microwaves) is putting a transparent tape under the door on the right side so oil and other crap in the cooking fumes don’t not clog the motherboard even in long run. This design is better than my last Samsung but I don’t want to take chances. After months of owning it, I still adore it often :)
