Still learning the features, but quite pleased with the unit. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of the techs that removed my old unit and put in this replacement.

I love the style and the touch screen. It’s easy to clean and the fact that has another shelf inside is amazing. The price is also cheaper in Best Buy than anything because I searched everywhere but none could beat it.

We've been very happy with the Samsung microwave. Easy to use, and we're finding more things it can do as we use it. The only drawback is that the "+30" button does not immediately start the microwave; you need to press the "Start" button after pressing the "+30" button to start it.

Beautiful and sleek. It has not been used very long; this is pretty fast, vented to outside; will there be a review in 6 months of operation????

I am not used to an over the range microwave oven. This one rocks. I placed a protector over the glass dish and this makes it super easy to clean. When I use the popcorn setting it all pops. This is not a trivial success story for me.

We loive this Microwave. It has a hidden handle making for a sleek design. The fan has greater than average suction , which is one reason we selected it.

Only had a month, but it is working great, heats food fast, easy to use, great microwave. All the appliances in our kitchen are samsung black stainless steel and are easy to clean and working well.

We were oven shopping when we found this microwave. We couldn’t decide on the stainless finish or the black stainless finish when we stumbled across the microwave. It was an “out of the box” deal that we couldn’t pass up. Finding this microwave determined which finish we were going to get with our oven! The oven and microwave set gave our kitchen a much needed face lift and functionality. There is plenty of space for heating things up, the removable shelf is easy to remove and replace. The touch pad on the front of the door is easy to see and use. You don’t have to touch it very hard to choose your options. And stainless cleaner works brilliantly in the surface. We are so happy with our purchase!!

Very attractive design and plenty of useful preset functions. The interior is huge and has an additional rack.

Large size and able to accommodate large plates. Heats thoroughly and quickly.
