I use it all the time for cooking and reheating. Great for defrosting. It has a “melt or soften butter or cream cheese” selection. I like using the selection for using different powers as well.

Loved first one but stop working after 4years. But I use my microwave for everything. So use it a lot. Did not get the warranty. So purchased it again love it. Looks good and works great. This time purchased the warranty!!!

The buttons on the front are responsive. Very bright under light and good vent fan. There is also good instructions for changing the blower motor for recirculating vent style installation.

The door is very wide as it crosses the entire microwave. Need to make sure you have space to open the door.

Over the Range Microwave, I use to have an over the range fan and decided since I was getting my kitchen set I would get this one. Best decision ever! Works wonderful. Love the large room inside. And I love the glass front screen of the microwave.

I used the template as instructed but the holes that for the lag screws were 1" off! This is causing me a day of rebuilding my cabinet and using a template I made that accurately matches the top of the microwave. Lame!

For starters, after 9 years of having an over-the-tange microwVe witg a handle, this huge door will take your head off. Secondly-- making a little microwave snack that is normally 55 seconds to cook from the freezer is now over 1 min and 40 seconds and it still doesnt feel cooked. I dont know-- i feel like I got extremely ripped off. I dont recall getting an open box order, but this microwave does not work and will be returned ASAP. It is not fingerprint proof either. It looks like a disaster.

Had a huge issue, some smoke damage. I didn’t want to have to remove the bracket and install another one so we got another Samsung and this one has been working great but the last one did also until it started a fire
