It was more than I expected! I love the look, how much room it has inside and the inside color is not typical white. It seems like it will be easier to clean.

So far so good i had it for 3 weeks now, replaced a whirlpool with it, luckily it had the same bracket being that samsung made the whirlpool microwave i had. The led lights underneath are awesome, nice and bright.. definitely recommend!

So many great features of this microwave. Easy clean interior, food sensor to prevent dehydration when reheating leftovers or burning food! Love this microwave!

After our original microwave quick working, my wife and I decided to purchase a new microwave and a refrigerator as a part of a package intended to update our kitchen. The microwave needed to fit our existing space and this became quite a challenge. After a great deal of searching, we finally found a Samsung microwave that offered the size and features we wanted and we couldn’t be more pleased with this unit.

Microwaves well and looks great. We never use the auto set functions as you need a user manual nearby because of the need to enter certain codes (enter function “9” to set the clock, etc). The only issue so far is the clock doesn’t keep accurate time. It continually falls behind. Very odd.

Lots of space, like the built in handle in the side. Heavy and good quality. Touchscreen keypad is nice. Looks great in black stainless.

Love the look and design. It broke on me though for having it for one month. They are sending a replacement. Unfortunately it won’t be coming for another month which I don’t understand what’s the point of being a total tech when these problems occur

The microwave was delivered the day that it was promised. It was pretty easy to install. It is working great. So pretty satisfyed

A little above what I had expected for an open box microwave appliance. Very clean and pretty decent. Even though, the website said some parts might be missing, in my case no parts were missing.

Easy to use controls and menu for many different heating and debating options. I was shocked when I saw it came with a metal rack inside for two tier heating options.

THANK YOU BEST BUY!! Our first microwave that was delivered had some flaws. After informing Best Buy they quickly shipped us out another one with no hassle. Our new microwave is perfect! Big shout out to George the delivery driver and his partner for their kindness and professionalism.

Less than 6 months old and the "A" of the decal peeled off while wiping it down with a stainless steel approved cloth. Samsung won't even send decals to replace because they said it was "cosmetic damage". Have to get a service call scheduled because when it is set on 50% power, it has a loud motor revving sound. Also, the screen is very hard to keep clean because anytime it is touched, it leaves fingerprints (not the SS edging).

Love it! Not only does it look super slick, it operates wonderfully.

My old microwave gave out after 3yrs. I went shopping for a new one and got these Samsung to match my fridge. Works great. The e extractor is really good the door has the command panel which is something new but nice.

I love the modern look of this microwave with no visible handle.

This microwave sure is pretty! We purchased the black stainless steel. It is really big on the inside . It comes with a removable rack that gives you the options to cook two separate items if you like . It also come with a really pretty blue interior that is really easy to clean . You will not be disappointed with this purchase!

We ordered the matching fridge and dishwasher but the microwave is by far our favorite, we love them all but the microwave has so many cool features. It defrosts meat so fast. There are never any cold spots in anything. So beautiful too. Now we just need the matching stove / oven!
