Our only complaint is the vent/fan. The fan seems under powered but it is extremely loud. Also, our old microwave had an option to run the fan for a specified amount of time. Best I can tell, this one does not. We miss that feature.

Has a glass touch screen which is super nice. I worried about the controls being in the door as a I have teen boys and was worried they would slam and break the controls. It’s been a few months now and it works great. Sticks out a bit further than what we measured. Not sure why. That seems to be an issue with other people as well. But honestly it doesn’t look bad and the quality of theb microwave makes me not care if it sticks out a bit. I really like it and is usually get buyers regret after a month or two. So far so good.
