If was already difficult procuring the product and because the damage was superficial and out of sight when installed I did not return the item.

There is no single touch control. If you want to put something in for 30 seconds you have to touch the start button, Same for minutes. You have to put in the full time and hit start. I guess I am spoiled! The turn table also makes a clunking sound.
