It defrosts meat so fast. There are never any cold spots in anything. So beautiful too. Now we just need the matching stove / oven!

The only thing that was disappointing was the white color. It’s not a ‘real’ white like the rest of my white appliances. It’s got a slight grayish tinge to it.

Arrived sealed box, when opened missing part inside oven and small dent on door. Microwave is not as strong even though it is the same 1000 wattage as the LG. Took 15 sec longer. Having it replaced, will update after second one installed

It's fit and finish is awesome if you have never installed an above the stove microwave. I suggest hiring a professional unless your very handy and have the right tools. I installed it myself but I am very handy.
