The microwave is beautiful and works perfectly. It has a list of foods and times to cook inside the door when it is opened. Makes it a clean look on the outside and gives you all the information you need to cook an item. Just love it.

First one had led light issue. Replaced.

Wish the add 30 would be one touch - and has no speed minutes- have to add time and start. Our last was a quick 1-4 min by just hitting the single digit. Like the handleless style and ez clean front.

We understand how you feel about your microwave. We will do our best to help you.
This microwave model is fingerprint-resistant up to a certain degree. The finish will try to hold out against smudges as much as it can; however, a little bit of cleaning and or polishing is recommended for that pristine/flawless look.
Please see page 29 of the user manual on how to clean the exterior of the microwave.

Great lighting and fan options. 4 levels of fans so if loud fans is a concern for you, this has lower quieter options. Very sleek looking! Definitely upgrades the look in the kitchen. Lots of cooking options. Black interior doesn't show splatters.

The keypad does have a slow response if you don't have full contact and doesn't allow repetitive pressing...you do have to pause between each button... Hopefully it will hold up in the long run, but right now its working as designed, pulls the kitchen together and looks great.
