I like it because it has no visible handle. It has plenty of options. The display is large and well lit.

Would be a 5 star if the turntable worked.

Had to delay installing it due to new kitchen cabinets being delayed for delivery 1.5 months. Once I installed it and went to test it the turntable/rotating plate did not work. Tried turning it on and off according to the manual bit still no luck. Sadly it was out of the 45 day return policy limit and I am unable to find the receipt for it. Samsung support is no help as they never call me back as they say they will. I've called 4 times. Very disappointed with this product

Mighty Microwave

Not sure what to use the metal tray for but it's cool that it's included. Hoping to get use of all the different functions. The venting is like a turbine which is useful but I kinda wish it started on the lowest setting and went up instead coming in full blast right away.

On that note, order now, so u can get it before Christmas. Sounds funny but i wait till mine broke and we haven't had one for going on 3 months now. DONT WAIT LIKE WE DID.

Samsung quality

I’ve had several Kenmore and they never lasted that long and they were always their top of the line models. I have other Samsung products and have been always satisfied with their quality. Decided to try a Samsung microwave and couldn’t be happier with it. Tons of great settings.

This microwave was super ready to install and it heats up everything with absolute precision. The sensors detect any over heating and week automatically stop if needed. No more boilng water or over defrosted meat that has cooked accidentally. Best purchase ever!
