    Great Microwave I love the rack inside that allows for myltiple plates of food to be warmed up. Originally I bought the slim microwave but was not able to use it due to the depth but this one works well.

    Easy to install on the wall. I don’t need to make a large hole for rear support frame. Since there is no door handle, looking slick design and no way to break the door handle.

    Great delivery pickup and product value. But return policy sucks. Really, 14 days on an exchange for an item that didn't fit and I was forced to take store credit for an unused item that I returned 2 days outside your return "policy" with no exceptions. I was in shock considering This coved environment and the difficulty it presents for some of us. So now I have 440 dollars of store credit and the only same brand option is a low end model for 170. I don't need anything else until I build my new house next spring but I'm sure your policy will discredit the unused portion by then. Hmmm...I guess I'll donate the balance to charity and maybe some kid in his folks basement could use some new games.

    I don’t like that there is no option to push “1” and it will automatically turn on for 1 minute. The buttons are surprisingly hard to push. I have to push the buttons several times for them to work. The fan is great but super loud.

    Got this on store display sale and we love it. Replaced a Frigidaire Gallery that died after only 2 1/2 years. This had been working perfectly and the exhaust is good too. Exhaust does slow a tad bit when microwave is turned on but no big deal. I would for sure recommend this product.
