The previous install was apparently done incorrectly. The Best Buy techs pointed that out and made the appropriate changes so we should get longer service from this unit.

Also the fan as FOUR setting...a Blast setting that really moves the smoke with a burn the toast real good...HA! A little deeper than I bargained for, so I'll have to inset it into the wall, otherwise, a solid buy.

It’s very easy to use and I love that the control buttons on on the front bottom where I can see them at eye level. Also the fan is quiet enough. Light is very bright too. Highly recommend this microwave!!!

A little less powerful due to the non stock inside cabinet, but works very well. Interface for setting time and options is clunky, food options are behind the door, but the clock instructions are not, so keep the manual handy ir you will be cycling through the options.

Using this for a month now and found 1 major detractor is that this unit has now power adjustment feature so no way to decrease the 1700 watt cooking power. It does heat blazingly fast but have to be attentive while reheating or defrosting. We're just OK with this purchase but would have gotten a different model if we realized the power output and lack of a power adjustment on this one.

It does exactly what a $200 one would. It doesnt have any special features. The key pads dont light up so you cant see what youre pressing at night. The fan is LOUD (on the fastest setting). Eco-mode turns off automatically if you touch anything in the microwave so you must constantly turn it back on. I got mine “open-box” for $250. I probably wouldve returned it too had I paid $400+ for it.
