It has a lot of room inside and it has a sleek look to it. The only downfall so far is sometimes it does not recognize my finger when I am trying to press buttons. Overall I would recommend to a friend.

Updated kitchen and wanted something modern to go with the new look. Great functions. Only 4 stars due to the higher price. I wish the key pad would light up at this price point. Nice product.

This is a warranty replacement of a Samsung that was repaired multiple times and then the handle broke off. We picked this model because it does not have a handle and it's been great so far.

I was a little dissatisfied with Best Buy in that my microwave had a dent in it upon arrival but we made it work anyway bc we didn’t want to wait any longer for another one.

The installer didn’t measure correctly and had to drill 2 extra holes in the floor of my cabinet in order to install the microwave over the range - sawdust everywhere!

I have to say this one has been great and I love that there is no handle on it. Heats up very quickly and the food is cooked just to the right temperature. The soften butter option is great too

It is the same size as our last one, but looks so much bigger! It has easy touch buttons; no pressing hard! Easy to clean too. Highly recommend! Also, Best Buy is the only store that had this one in stock and was quickly delivered and installed.

The preset settings are hit or miss. It usually way over heats my food when I use the reheat features. Soften butter worked perfectly though! It would probably help if I read the owners manual though ;)
