The defrost function is much hotter than my previous mw. The wider door can cause problems in narrow kitchens. Easy to clean. Fit perfectly into our existing space.

The Keep warm setting is really mice. Also the LED lights under the bottom with High & Low setting is inviting. The Auto sensor for the vent is also a cool feature as well. I love Samsing products.

The extra rack comes in handy and everything seems great so far. Was gong to trade back in because the number don't light up and its hard to use when lights are down. But looked and no others microwaves had this feature either.

Popcorn cooks without burning leaving Very few kernels not popped. Overall a great microwave and I would recommend it without reservation.

Cooks the food to perfection. I haven't had time to use all of the function buttons, but so far every one that I have used works to perfection.

I had inquired about them and they said they come with them but they couldn’t find them to order. Not the sales guy fault but if it says it comes with them then it should be easy to find and order.
