The finger prints stays all over the microwave and doesn’t clean up easily although mentioned as finger prints proof. Also need to press hard to make any function work. The heating time seems to be longer than my previous 1000W Kenmore microwave.

It has so much more space than the one that we replaced. The fan moves a lot of air. The light provides adequate light for cooking on the range. It gas so many features that we have not even tried yet.

I never installed it under the counter - just set it on the counter and tried to use it. I am not rating it a one-star as I feel the quality of the overall build and potential functionality are good. I could not connect it to Samsung's SmartThings app, though, and not sure if that was a flaw or as designed since the unit was partially damaged.

Drove up curbside pickup 5 mins great service. The old LG handle keep breaking off only 1 year old this one no handle

Only used for about one month so we can't say much,it works . I gave it only good on ease of use you have to go online to get some codes to set clock and other.Very easy to install

There's no owner's manual provided with the microwave. To learn how to use the settings (they're not intuitive) you need to go to Samsung's website and download a pdf.

I haven't had a reason to use the included rack, but the normal rotating platter inside is very large. The presets are convenient with the only drawback being that there isn't a soup/beverage setting.

LED lighting is nice there is a high and low. The fan has a lot of settings as well. It's kind of loud on high.
