It sounds a bit noise and rattling when closing the door, when its on. Etc. It doen not gove me confidence that is going to last years like my Samsung. The looks of it and the vent are the best part but its impossible to keep this microwave clean.

It came damaged took several months to install because of the pandemic and they wanted to stick the damaged one on me. It sat unopened and they said we should have opened it. How would I have know that? Then they finally replaced it amd the Sensor failed. Thankfully I bought the warranty. The Samsung stuff works well if there are no issues but if they do not beware.

Its constantly coming off the gear and the glass top is not easy to get back on its position. I have never had this issue with any other microwave. cooking works good but i do wish it had a quick minutes like my old GE microwave

Only thing that would make it better would be to have the "express" buttons... usually 1 through 5 that instantly start for the corresponding cook times.
