    We purchased this nice looking over the range microwave in white glass around the 4th of July. On August 2nd it stopped working. We are on day 9 without a microwave and the geek squad was unable to repair it because they do not have the parts. It’s silly that you can not return it after 15 days since BB has eliminated elite and elite plus membership. Now they make you pay for it to have the ability to return new defective items beyond 15 days. I’ve been a loyal BB customer for a long time but this is the first time I am upset for poor customer service. I’m about to buy a countertop microwave only to return it while they repair this new one I recently installed.
