What a cool looking microwave! I love the sleekness and NO handles!! This microwave is very efficient and does a great quick job. Takes all the work out of heating any food. So many settings. Cannot get along without a microwave!!

We installed this microwave over our range. It works great and gives us more room in our kitchen.

After our original microwave quick working, my wife and I decided to purchase a new microwave and a refrigerator as a part of a package intended to update our kitchen. The microwave needed to fit our existing space and this became quite a challenge. After a great deal of searching, we finally found a Samsung microwave that offered the size and features we wanted and we couldn’t be more pleased with this unit.

Bought this microwave to replace 12 yr old LG. Arrived sealed box, when opened missing part inside oven and small dent on door. Microwave is not as strong even though it is the same 1000 wattage as the LG. Took 15 sec longer. Having it replaced, will update after second one installed

This is a very stylish looking microwave! It definitely stands out. I am very happy that I purchased it.

Samsung does it again building a top quality microwave. It's fit and finish is awesome if you have never installed an above the stove microwave. I suggest hiring a professional unless your very handy and have the right tools. I installed it myself but I am very handy.

The product itself looked good but I can’t attest to how it works because it arrived extremely damaged. Since it is an open box item in like new condition, they could not send me a replacement so I have to go through the hassle of returning it to get a refund.

Bought microwave earlier this year and stopped working in a little over a month. Called Samsung and they sent out a tech. @hours later and helping her most of the time she said it was fixed. the tech had stripped one of the mounting bolts by not lining up her driver properly and lost the other mounting bolt. It is hanging by one bolt as we speak. It stopped working again that night. I called Samsung again and requested that they send a different tech out and two new mounting bolts. Same tech came out and said she fixed it again and it broke the next day. Buy the replacement plan warranty when buying Samsung from Best Buy. It is worth it because Samsung service is terrible.

Sounds louder than one I replaced. The glass plate vibrating. Think I got a lemon. No wonder it was in stock no one buying this one.

Upgrading our appliances included changing the microwave as well. As much as we are happy with other 3 microwave we felt like returning back to best buy same week we got it. It is loud, it is close to impossible to keep clean. One other problem that I was aware off before buying thinking maybe it was one in the few that were not good was actual control panel and buttons. It takes us on average 5 sometimes even 10 times to click and get any reaction from the panel. Lights and fan especially are hard to get it to work. Worried about quality of this microwave. It looks great and matches rest of appliances but would not recommend it for heavy use in large household.

Only had a month, but it is working great, heats food fast, easy to use, great microwave. All the appliances in our kitchen are samsung black stainless steel and are easy to clean and working well.

This is a fantastic microwave and a huge improvement over the one we replaced. This looks good and performs even better. The presets are fantastic and are now becoming an increasingly more used feature. My wife was amazed at how well the sensor cook works for frozen veggies. The vent fan is powerful and works even better now that we had an external vent system put in. Our old recirculating microwave set off the smoke detector almost a couple times per month. With this, we have not had it go off once. I also love how easy it is to remove the filter to clean it out. Very convenient. The LED lights are excellent at illuminating under the microwave. Much better than our old one. This is mounted above our oven and even though it is .5 cu.ft. larger than our old microwave, the size fits perfect and is not too large by any means. We liked this model because our old one had the handle break off after several years and now with the handle build in to the side of the unit, we don't need to worry about that happening again. My only complaint is something as simple as setting the clock on the unit. It is not clear whatsoever unless you dig in the manual. It is one of the special "Options" features (option + 9 to be specific), then you can set your time. Not a huge deal breaker, but slightly annoying when setting it up and if power ever goes out. We purchased all our appliances 2 months ago and they are still working perfectly!

We like this micro. We purchased it as part of a set of new kitchen appliances and were particularly drawn to it's clean understated classic look over our new stove. It protrudes out from the back wall less than a lot of the big micros. And it has no handle, making it look high design and taking less room in a small kitchen. So far, it works wonderfully, auto sensor gets potatoes done in half the time of our previous micro of the same wattage. Having the controls on the door make it look like a newer style than those with panel on right and big door handle, but you do need to step back for the wider door to open. The exhaust fan is strong and quiet. We are very happy with this choice and would buy it again.

Wow my kids love the new microwave the features are the icing on the cake it has popcorn,kidsmeal button so your food comes out like new not like hard and rubbery it’s good for leftovers heats up very fast. I’m having so much fun with all my new appliances.

It was more than I expected! I love the look, how much room it has inside and the inside color is not typical white. It seems like it will be easier to clean.

Beautiful black stainless steel microwave over the stove. Large inside and looks sleek outside. It does everything and anything u can imagine. Has a steel rack removable for baking and heating or cooking multiple dishes. Awesome digital microwave. Easy to clean.

This microwave is huge! I had a bit smaller OTR before and had to watch my head when opening it. The door comes out far. It has amazing features, like softening or melting, chocolate or butter... I love black stainless steel too, all you need is damp microfiber cloth no chemicals needed!

So many great features of this microwave. Easy clean interior, food sensor to prevent dehydration when reheating leftovers or burning food! Love this microwave!
