Stopped working after 2 years of use… getting error of control pannel. Even the logo is so bad that out of Samsung left with msung only not sure when sa dropped from logo..

Just got an E-83 error code on this microwave that was installed less than 3 months ago. This microwave replaced another Samsung microwave that was less than a year old. I think Samsung should stick to making TVs.

Replaced an older Samsung over the range microwave with this model. Was able to use the old mounting bracket without taking it off the wall which made for a super easy install. Maybe 30 minutes. A few friends and a couple family members have already commented on the modern appearance of this model. We have only had it installed for about a month now, but I am happy with its performance. Sensor cook does in fact work very well. If you want to have some of the best hot dogs ever, just use the preset for them, they come out perfect! Only gave it 4 stars due to the fact that I’ve only had it a short time, and don’t know how long it’ll last.

We recently replaced our old GE microwave oven of 17 years with the Samsung 2.1 Cu. Ft. stainless steel unit. Our old oven had design flaw in the handle where it would get stressed over time and then break off. The design did not allow for it to be easily replaced and it broke again several times. When shopping for a new microwave, ease of handle replacement was one of our criteria, because let's face it - with the abuse the average family can dish out, it's bound to break sometime. Enter the Samsung. Awesome looking stainless steel unit with plenty of power. The sensor cooking works beautifully - no more burnt popcorn or overcooked pasta warm-ups. It has a convenient cook by category list just inside of the door. Interior is large with the standard rotating tray. And the handle? One easy to reach screw on the inside, so if we break it off, we can easily replace it DIY. All controls are on the bottom of the door - a nice change which allows more room inside. LED lights are bright. This is a large unit - sticks out quite a ways, so measure your cabinets and oven/range carefully before purchasing. Very happy - well done, Samsung!

We’re slowly upgrading cheap appliances in our home. Of course during COVID our cheap Frigidaire quit working. So we decided to upgrade to this unit. We went from a 1.7 to this a 2.1 and only lost a half an inch in height. That’s a win in itself to me. So far it heats faster than our old microwave and is easy to clean. So far I like the appearance and the features like softening butter which actually works surprisingly well. Short of a convection microwave combo we’re happy with it.

I just got done installing the microwave yesterday. I used it a couple of times and so far it works like its supposed to. There are tons of features on the microwave which I still have to explore (I upgraded from a 20+ year old GE unit). The vent fan is crazy powerful compared to my old 300cfm one. The build of the microwave appears to be sturdy, though long term durability is yet to be seen, especially given the fact that some newer appliances have worse durability that some of the old ones. Oh, and beware: if you're upgrading from a smaller microwave, the door is pretty big and opens wide. You might or might not like this, but I personally don't mind. The only issue I feel is worth addressing is the installation. The microwave is heavier than the one I replaced and still only has two top screws for support. I feel like Samsung should have put at least three screws on the top for additional support. The installation manual doesn't appear to be model-specific and shows that a microwave can potentially have three top screws. I just hope the entire thing doesn't fall one day. I'll update the review if issues arise. (PS: I'm a very picky person and I feel like I should get what I paid for, so I hate breakdowns or minor issues)

I bought this to replace a preexisting over-range microwave. This one is a good cosmetic match to my wife's Samsung range. It's easy to use and works well. The installation was a minor challenge. It didn't take too much time, but working with the paper templates was frustrating. The paper is flimsy and easily torn. Samsung should have made them from a heavier grade paper. I tore the back wall template trying to tape it to the wall. The underside of the cabinet has a 1/2" gap to the 'floor' panel. Attaching the template underneath was a PITA! The template should have been designed to fit inside the cabinet. The other part, is that I didn't realize that I'd need a spacer to fill the gap beneath the cabinet. The screw began to bend the top surface of the microwave before I realized what was happening. So my complaints are all regarding installation: - lousy grade paper templates are too hard to use - overly simplistic instructions don't address any unusual surfaces - attachment points at the top attach to the surface - not a rigid structural member.

Love the amount of space, look and design. The microwave is quite and has a lot of features.

For the most part I have really enjoyed using my Samsung 2.1 cu. ft. microwave oven. It has a lot of nice features on it. I especially like the sensor cook feature. The one thing that I wish was different is that if you use the kitchen timer, you cannot use any of the cook features at the same tiime. The price was very reasonable. It was easy to order and the microwave was in stock. I would definitely purchase this microwave oven again.

We like the function of the microwave and it is easy to use. We purchased the microwave on line and were not aware the door opens and bumps into the cabinet on the left so we had to allow for additional spacing. This can be a costly cabinet modification. Be sure to check that you have adequate spacing or the door will not open all the way. We had the exact same size microwave by LG and it did not require any special spacing for the door to open.

I'm giving it a 5 because it's a very nice unit. I installed it myself with no problems. It did show up damaged, but is was just an attachment for the Door. I tried to order a replacement part but after spending hours trying to find it online I just use a plastic glue with primer to fix it for now. I do plan to visit the store and get a new part.

Recently purchased this microwave and am loving all its features. Its roomy, heats quuck and evenky. Love the extra functions it proves. Pretty quiet for a microwave. And the price was definitely right!

Love the style of microwave. Fit perfectly in place of my old one. Large opening. Easy to use. Something different than the traditional microwaves out there.

I purchased this microwave because I like that the buttons were on the bottom instead of on the side. It was different. It works great and it's pretty quiet. I love the sensor cook that it has and also the rack where I can cook multiple things. The only downside is that I wish the glass wasn't so dark. You can see in while it's on.

This product has been great. Next month would have been 3 years I’ve had it and today a code “SE” popped on the screen. It stopped. I’m glad I purchased the Geek Protection. So I called and they sent someone out a few days. Sometimes when too much steam gets in the panel it will give this code. Usually you can unplug it for 20-30 min and it would reset. Within 24 hours they sent a tech, determined the problem and solved it.

We definitely like this microwave as it is very large. You have to get use to opening a large door because the controls are at the bottom and not on the side. So the door is quite large. Some people may not like this if you have a small standing space.

This Microwave is worth the money and looks great in my kitchen. I love the size and also the space inside.

I needed a new Microwave and this one was in stock so I took the leap of faith and got it, I'm happy I did. The controls are on the bottom which make it easier to be reached. It's wide mouth and 2.1 Cu. Ft will accept lots of my left overs. It is also Fingerprint Resistant, go get one!
