The controls are on the bottom which make it easier to be reached. It's wide mouth and 2.1 Cu. Ft will accept lots of my left overs. It is also Fingerprint Resistant, go get one!

Wanted something a little different and noticed that this model has the buttons on the bottom. The look is clean and the unit is also fingerprint resistant. Everything heats fast and evenly. Need to get used to the temperature settings and pre-set options. I bought it July 5th but it wasn't installed until late August.

It's much bigger than the stand alone microwave we had before. Easy to use, has lots of interior space. Doesn't seem like it cooks quite as fast as the standalone microwave but that's about the only ding.

This is an upgrade from the basic model since I use a microwave more often than a range. Large size and nice preset buttons I use often to simplify using sensor technology. The one thing that is misleading is the "power" description that I thought I was getting and wanted so much - the actual power is not truly reduced for lower power settings (like my previous Kenmore did so well). This oven runs at full 100% power and cycles that off and on the appropriate amount for the selected power setting. I wanted an oven the actually reduces the power and applies it 100% of the cook time . . . oh well.

The lights could be brighter. Fan noise is good, not too loud (I can't vent it outside). Be careful when using the Reheat feature though as it often comes out too well done -- I have learned to check it/turn it off before it is done, or do Reheat Dinner Plate on Pasta so it isn't so high heat. Have not tried all the features yet. One thing that disappointed me is that direct from the factory, in a sealed box, but it was missing 2 of the clips that hold the shelf. It took several calls and 1+hours total on the phone for them to figure out what to send me (originally the girl suggested they send me a new microwave -- duh -- all it needed was the clips, and I didn't want to go thru the hassle of removing and reinstalling.

It is very easy to figure out all of the features. Looks much more sleek with all the buttons along the bottom.

I like the display at the bottom of the door and the fingerprint resistant finish is a must. I’ve been using it for about seven months and haven’t had any issues. The lighting underneath could be brighter but that’s the only negative thus far.

We always use the Best Buy outlet for better prices. This item still had the shrink wrap on it. Samsung gave lots of features on this and made it easy to mount above our matching stove.
