Nice and spacious microwave! I love the fingerprint resistance and it stays clean. Easy to use, easy to clean. Has a separate piece that works like an over to make pizza or mini pizza rolls or small things.

It's very cool to have the sensor cook available as a shortcut. Everything works well and the microwave pre-set is very handy. It is a bit noisy at the start. Very attractive exterior and a two-tier interior with a separate upper rack.

Self installation is quite easy if you have the tools. Comes with installation guide templates as well. The product itself, I haven’t had any issues with. The removable rack may be my favorite feature. Looks great with white cabinets.

Enjoying using this microwave. Very nice and stylish. Fingerprint resistant. Many options available. 4 speed exhaust which is great but can get loud at highest speed. Very dark inside while cooking - can't see inside. Wish the one touch buttons would work without pressing start every time. Getting used to the extra step. We had purchased a similar unit in 2018, it was a lemon, had sparks coming & many a times the food would never get warmed up. Then we started getting the SE error code. Samsung never helped us. Sad with their customer service. Loved this unit so wanted to give it another try. Have it for a few weeks & its working fabulous. Fingers crossed.

Great microwave but if your not a heavy user of microwave like myself don't waste your money on this fancy feature one just get a basic microwave. As for the product it is wonderful it does a lot that I don't even use and looks great too

This is a basic microwave with a good amount of space and also a fairly strong exhaust. Other than that, the features are pretty standard. Nothing special to highlight. I'd recommend the Wifi model to deal with clock resets if and when you lose power. Other than that, pretty good microwave overall.

Our old microwave of 3 years died so we had to purchase another. We chose this one because of the sensor cook features and no fingerprints.

Like the many features and the controls low to make it easier to reach. Pretty quiet when using.

This completes our kitchen set that has taken us 2 years to finish. We are extremely pleased with the product and cant say enough about the installation crew. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and actually cared about what they were doing. NEXT LEVEL SERVICES are the face of the company and product and I would be proud to have them on my team

this microwave looks amazing and works well too! Is have various heating options, and 4 fan speeds. It was also pretty simple to install

We remodeled our kitchen. The black finish is great. Looks better than the regular stainless steel. Good features I did like that the door closes soft no big noise. The inside large and really looks nice. Takes 2 people to install pretty heavy. It doesn't show fingerprints, Only downfall the front glass door not finger resistant and not easy to clean. Leaves smudges. I clean it wipe with a soft damp dish rag and dry it off then I use a micro cloth to wipe it down to remove smudges. Honestly looks great better than stainless steel . All our appliances are black finish. If you have kids may be hard to keep the appliances clean. If don’t like spending time wiping and cleaning Get the regular stainless steel. Just hope it lasts like my old 7 year microwave still working!

This Samsung Over the Range Microwave is a great size. The (add) 30+ (seconds) button has come in very handy. Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel is another very nice feature.

After one year and 6 months the microwave is not working. It is showing an error code -SE-. I have the bestbuy $179 a year extended service coverage but in still being charged $50 service fee to ship it off to be looked at. What a scam! They told me when i got the $179 a year coverage that it would cover parts and labor. They failed to say it would have an extra fee for services.

Sleek and clean lines. Having controls on bottom a great choice as well as easy to clean design. Large inside and good options.

I gave it 3 stars because it does work and is nice looking. It is extremely loud and has different noises depending on which function I choose. Have tried to decide what it sounds like maybe a washer out of balance, a car reviving the motor, a grinder or a rattle. It is rather annoying. Our last Samsung microwave lasted 20 yrs and had a normal sound to it. Very much doubt this one will last even the average life. If I knew that it sounded this loud I would have never purchased it. Very disappointed. No I do not recommend it

With controls in the door, door is longer/swings open wider, catching some houseguests off-guard and heads can get smacked. Have to turn on the lights to see which button you're pressing (but I think most microwaves are like this?)
