Like most things it has a lot of bells and whistles I will likely never use but absolutely love the underneath display and ease of use. I will never want to go back to the side display! It's quite, sleek, and easy to use with a great underneath LED light that is very bright.

The door doesn't seem very sturdy, it is light compared to our last microwave. When putting in the number of minutes you want the microwave to start, you really have to push the numbers and the start button hard.

I love that it looks a little different than most. It's a little on the big side. It does stick out about an inch further than most. But it's very nice.

Hidden warranty fees???

It is showing an error code -SE-. I have the bestbuy $179 a year extended service coverage but in still being charged $50 service fee to ship it off to be looked at. What a scam! They told me when i got the $179 a year coverage that it would cover parts and labor. They failed to say it would have an extra fee for services.

Quiet, the sensor settings work really well- defrosts and softens things just right for us. I think the darker interior makes it harder to see through door if it’s “working” but somehow it gives illusion it feel “safer” as if the microwaves are more contained that way. Looks good with my Samsung fridge.

I can say that I love how strong the filtering is, and that the microwave works fantastic, even better it looks great, really dresses up the kitchen. This was bought to replace a 17 year old over the range Whirlpool and it's such a big upgrade!
