The sleek stainless steel design looks amazing in my kitchen and the large 2.1 cu. ft. capacity is perfect for cooking and reheating meals for my family. This Samsung microwave is really nice and so spacious and easy to use. The design is simple yet functional. Has so many nice options and functionalities a lot of which were not in my other microwave. This has a lot of space and can fit quiet big dishes and warms the food really well Sometimes a bit too well because i was used to my old one it would take a couple times to make it warm properly but this depending on what it is even a little bit makes it perfectly warm/hot. Love the color and design and is easy to install.

Sleek and easy to use right out of the box. Was installed in a matter of minutes-with accurate measurements fitting perfectly in the space provided. Did not take a higher degree to figure out how to use. Came with a manual. Very happy with this model!

Our microwave went out on thanksgiving so I got this microwave the next day for Black Friday. So far it is really slick looking and easy to clean. One draw back I have noticed is that you can’t use the microwave and the timer at the same time. My old kenmoore could but otherwise everything else is working great!

Nice looking microwave. Easy to use. Techician Francesco and Jose took less than 20 minutes to uninstall old one and install new one. Very professional and informative. We are very happy with the installation and the operation of the microwave.

Nice and sleek. Love the senors for popcorn etc are on point. Leds for the cook top are nice and bright.

Like it a lot, lots of space inside, easy to use, works great, exactly what we wanted in a new microwave.

We had to exchange to this new model was ours went out after almost 4 years. I guess I should be glad it happened before the warranty expired. Sadly this new model has way less features. It works as a microwave should but i miss our old one being a combo oven at the same time. If you are in the same situation as we were, definitely choose to have your old one fixed because it is a better product.

We've been using this microwave for about a month now and would happily GIVE it away if anyone wants it. As a microwave- it microwaves, so it meets the minimum expectations and the exhaust fan is strong though sounds like a jet engine. But as a usable appliance in a modern kitchen it falls woefully short. We replaced a 10 year old JennAir over the stove with this microwave. Lets review what I believe should be no brainers in well thought out over the stove microwave; features that we no longer have... Easy to use controls- Look at my attached pictures. The buttons to control all operations are on the flat black, glass, fingerprint covered face of the microwave. THEY ARE NOT ILLUMINATED. Think about how often you use your microwave today to heat something while watching TV in an adjoining room in the evening or in general need to use it when the kitchen is a bit darker. Since the buttons are not lit, there is essentially no way to use this appliance without turning on the kitchen lights at a pretty high level. I have numerous other appliances that when touched, automatically turn on a backlight to allow you to see their controls. How can this have not been considered by Samsung?? Visibility to interior when cooking- Sure there are numerous automatic cooking modes, but I think I, like most, tend to use simple cooking methods like just turning the microwave on and stopping when the item you're heating looks done (the cheese is melted for example). This is nearly impossible with this microwave. I am 5'10". I have to stand on my tiptoes to look over the control buttons and into the dimly illuminated interior of the microwave when its running. My 5'3" wife cannot see into the microwave at all. She must regularly open the microwave to check progress and then close the door and continue cooking if necessary. Incredibly inconvenient! Kitchen Timer- We have had a kitchen timer as part of our microwave since we updated our kitchen 11 years ago. We could set the timer and continue to make use of the microwave while the timer ran. Not with this microwave. The timer can only be used as a standalone function. Using the microwave means turning off the timer first. This may not seem like a big deal, but again, add it to the other inconveniences and this microwave is step back after step back. Unintuitive/Hard to use controls- Simple tasks like cooking for 3 minutes at 50 percent power require needing to do a search through the online manual. Type in the cooking time in minutes, find the OK button on the dark control panel, press OK, type the number of the power you want to cook at, press Start on the other side of the control panel.... This was 2 button pushes on my old microwave. Want to use the 30 second button and then adjust the power? Nope, can't do it. Want to use on of the prebuilt cooking modes like reheat? Open the gigantic heavy door and try to read the flat black instruction panel inside the door (See pic below). Remember to turn the kitchen lights up because even in daylight its nearly impossible to read. Now remember the numbers you have to enter, close the door and try to go through the steps required. Forgot the number you need to enter... start over. Overall there seems to be no logic to the placement of the buttons on the panel or when certain of them need to be used. For example, to set the timer press the hourglass labeled clock, type the time you want, then press start... NO, not start, that would make to much sense, you have to press OK. Over-range light- This may not seem a big deal if you don't use your rangetop light as a night light in the kitchen, but if you do, there is no ability to program when the over-range light turns on or off. We had always set ours to turn on in the evening, so it was on overnight if we came down to the kitchen and off in the morning automatically. Now we've lost this seemingly basic function. Overall this microwave is a major disappointment. Sure it can cook, but so can a $50 countertop version. I wish I had bought a small counter top microwave and a fully functional range hood instead. As a fully functional kitchen appliance, this unit does not fit the bill.

Beautiful design! Love the light settings for over my cooktop and the different fan settings. Very elegant looking in my new kitchen! Cook instructions on the inside panel are also useful!

Loving our new microwave! It is super spacious inside. Sleek and fancy on the outside. It works so much better than our old one - the times on packaging is accurate now!!

I love my new microwave. Buttons are easy to push and opening from the side keeps finger prints all over. No handle like most others.

We just installed it but wondering if the things shown in the picture are supposed to be taken out ? It looks like screwed paper, just weird looking and we honestly don’t know if this is supposed to stay in :) thanks !
