Very sleak and modern for a microwave. Fits everything I've put in it. Not sure why most microwaves are as tall and bulky as they are. Looks great works great.

I got the open box, and it was missing the two main top screws for mounting. It was a bit scratched from whom ever tried to install it and i would not have marked this as excellent condition. Needless to say. Samsung sent me the correct screws free of charge. The door covers the whole thing and the buttons are part of it so there are always finger prints on the door. Hopefully this does not cause problems as other microwaves i have had have those wear through.

We love this microwave. It works great, it looks sharp, install was easy. Our only issue is that the vent doesn’t really work well at all. It will draw steam towards it, somewhat, but really only on high. Other than that, we are extremely happy with this purchase.

I’m giving my review a three stars, not because of the product itself, but because Best Buy screwed up two times. The first time they brought the wrong model. The installer was great. He left me with the wrong model and put in an order for the one I actually wanted. A week later the new one arrived, only again, it was the wrong model. At this point, since the price was the same. I just decided to stick with it and call it a day. Just for the heck of it I went back to the store to see the model that I selected and lo and behold, it has been removed from the showroom floor. I have no problems with the microwave. It was only the exterior style that was different. The one I ordered had an all glass front panel. The one I got had a stainless steel trim.

Very happy with this microwave. I replaced a 12 year old GE on its last leg. I pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to remove the old unit and install this one. I’m not all that handy, but apparently microwaves haven’t evolved much over the last 12 years, because I was able to salvage the hanging frame, ventilation etc from the old GE. This microwave looks great and more quiet than the old one. Also, love that I can link to my smart phone.

good microwave overall. front door panel is not PERFECTLY aligned to the actual microwave front-face. It's not horribly noticeable. Works well like expected. No complaints. Happy with purchase overall

This is a wonderful microwave and so good looking. Works perfectly too.

So far so good, just make sure you don't want a handle, it is a bit of a learning curve if you are not used to reaching for the side to open it, also the door has quite a wide berth compared to other models where the door does not cover the entire front of the unit. It has many different features for quick cook, I have not tried to use the sensor cook yet.

I love my new stove and all of its features. I am already samsung fanatic so this is a plus for, as I can sync all of my samsung products together, as well as control my stove and microwave with my samsung phone.
