I just wanted to let you know that the installation went smoothly, and I'm really loving the new microwave! It looks fantastic in my kitchen. The only small issue is that it's a bit tricky to clean the top glass because of the sensor controls.

Nice microwave. Only thing is when reducing cooking heat power we only have figure it out on phone app. Not sure it there is a way to do it without phone app.

We ordered this microwave on line. At time of pickup, I came and waited a mere 5 minutes before they loaded it in my truck. Very accommodating!

Looks great. Extra space inside since the front is all one piece and the handle is on the side. Only downside is the LED control panel does not match our oven.

I picked up the microwave on a Sunday night and brought the box into my home. I was finally able to get it installed on Tuesday night. After installing my son noticed very tiny bugs all in the foam insulation of the box and in the instruction booklet. After researching we found they were book lice. We immediately disposed of the box and its contents and sprayed cleaned the area where the box was. Wednesday morning I noticed little bugs all over my living room floor. I spent 6 hours deep cleaning and spraying everything. I turned couches over to spray the underside. I threw away what things I could. I called Best Buy only to have my call answered by some central call center. They said the would transfer my call to the local store manager. After holding for a few minutes I was told they would leave a message with the manager and I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours. The warehouse in Aiea has to be infested as well as wherever this came from (perhaps Samsung factory themself). They have no sense of urgency. They have introduced a insect that i have never seen before into my home and as of Thursday afternoon I still have no call back. I will never buy appliances from this store again. I am hoping they step it up and agree to pay and exterminator to treat my home. Dont buy appliances from Best Buy. If you do, unbox and check them before bringing it into your home. Best Buy or Samsung please do the right thing and correct this wrong that was done.

Right on 1 year mark the microwave stopped working. We’re a family of four and we don’t use it that much. Just a week after the warranty expired it stopped working. It runs but does not heat hood.

Installed MAy 3. Fails to work 3 times prior to Today and required repairs from Quality TV (close to Indianapolis and I live in S. Indiana) The 3rd time it failed was within a week of the 2nd repair. This time I state I want re-imbursement and the Samsung rep indicates that I must take the tag off the Microwave and then take a picture of the model and serial number in order for them to refund the money. But their email, says if the product has been disposed of, then they will not return the funds. Samsung seemed more concerned about protecting their interest when I told them this time the microwave made some weird noise and my had started feeling like it was being pressured from all directions. I told them I didn't think their model was safe and that I didn't want it in my home again.

Sadly we purchased and installed our new microwave and only after a two hour installation did we realize there was a dent underneath and the light glass is totally missing. I called and was told I had to bring it back and get a new one by the overseas help desk! NEVER AGAIN BEST BUY!

Another samsung appliance, another blunder. When will i learn. Item arrived damaged. Unfortunately, thr installer is here and have no choice but risk it and install it any way. Keeping my fingers crossed. If its anything like our recent samsung fridge experience, i wont keep my hopes high.
