Beautiful microwave. It's huge! Very easy to use. We love the buttons on the front and the simplicity of the layout. My wife is not a fan of the "quick touch" buttons typical on many microwaves (i.e. pressing buttons 1-6 starts the microwave for that many minutes). This microwave does not do that! You hit the numbers you want and then hit start and it does what you wanted! That's how we like it! We use the microwave over the stove, so the exhaust fan is used whenever we cook. Some may complain about the noise. The fan has several modes, the lowest of which is decently quiet, but of course, going to the highest settings gets progressively louder. I've never met a powerful exhaust fan that doesn't make a healthy noise, and this one is pretty powerful, so it totally doesn't bother me, nor my wife. If I want to exhaust my cooktop, I expect fan noise!

I bought this microwave oven to go with my new Samsung electrice oven. It matches prrfectly. Very spacious and sleek looking. Recommended cooking times and temps on the inside panel is very helpful. Warms food perfectly everytime. My only reservation is the door closing mechanism is clunky and loud. Could be smoother and quiter. Otherwise, a good oven overall.

I was pleased to find a microwave with more power and larger inside dimensions with basically the same outside dimensions of the 15-year-old Samsung I was replacing. My goal was to avoid major changes to the mounting to simplify the install. The top mounting hole locations were slightly different, but the back wall mounting plate was exactly the same. The operating manuals did not come in the package, but I was able to find them on the Internet. The controls are quite a bit different. My only disappointment was that if I started a timer on the microwave for my oven, I can no longer also run a cook cycle while the timer continues in the background.

We love this microwave. It works great, it looks sharp, install was easy. Our only issue is that the vent doesn’t really work well at all. It will draw steam towards it, somewhat, but really only on high. Other than that, we are extremely happy with this purchase.

This is a very nice looking microwave. It has a beautiful, modern design with no bulky outside handle. It works great. I like the darker interior. The only downfall is the fingerprints that are by the door handle. They are easy enough to clean

Replaced a similar model and this fit perfectly in the old brackets so the install was very easy. Operation was good as the controls were basically the same location and operation. Microwave works great and has excellent features

Bought this to replace the other Samsung Microwave that blew its magatron. It is pretty much the same but has an updated interface and matches the other Samsung appliances in our kitchen. We really did like the old one and how quickly it heated things up and this one is pretty much identical heating things up quickly. The only concern I have for it is our old one lasted 6 years and microwaves typically last "forever" since there is not much to them. I just hope this one last longer than 6 years or at least the life of the Fridge, stove and dishwasher before needed replacement. Would I buy again? Possibly, because Samsung support sucks. If you are a day out of warranty they will literally tell you go pound sand. If you are in warranty you literally have to give them your first born child for them to do anything and honor said warranty. "It is all about the process" is what you will hear from them when thier process stinks. Honestly, the next time we have to replace all the applainces int eh kitchen I would go with a different brand, but if you want a microwave that will most likely work for about 6 years and it matches your current applainces, then this is an okay buy.

This the 2nd microwave purchase from Best Buy actually this was a warranty replacement. This new Samsung microwave outperformed the original Samsung microwave that replaced. It’s quieter, and sensor cooking option is great. For its size and performance it’s a great bang for buck !!!!. The new design with the handle built into the door makes the microwave more streamlined. Great job Samsung on moderately priced microwave with great features.

Very happy with this microwave. I replaced a 12 year old GE on its last leg. I pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to remove the old unit and install this one. I’m not all that handy, but apparently microwaves haven’t evolved much over the last 12 years, because I was able to salvage the hanging frame, ventilation etc from the old GE. This microwave looks great and more quiet than the old one. Also, love that I can link to my smart phone.

I’ve been using this microwave for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. One of the first things I noticed—and actually really like—is that it doesn’t have a handle. Instead, it opens on the side which gives it a much cleaner and more modern look. It also means there’s nothing sticking out to bump into or get loose over time. Performance-wise, it heats food evenly and quickly. The controls are easy to use, and I appreciate the variety of preset options. It’s also pretty quiet while running, which is a plus. Overall, I love the minimalist design and solid functionality. If you’re looking for a microwave that looks modern this is the one !

Ive only had this Microwave for 1 month and have had no problems with its ability to work/Microwave food. However, when I purchased it I had in mind it has no handle to break. My last 2 microwaves the handle to open the door have cracked. So I was excited to have no handle. But, I have found it to be cumbersome to open and, pethaps I am just use to having a handle to pull. I also am not fond of the touch screen...it has never ending fingerprints on the glass. And Finally I searched and searched for instructions on how to set the clock on it. I finally gave up and decided to scan the QR code...well thats how you set your clock and now everytime someone uses the Microwave I get a notice on my phone that my food is ready.
