Bad Idea

Within a few months, the dryer failed. Had to have 2 service appointments (luckily under warranty) to get it "fixed." The "fix" meant that every time it ran there was a high-pitched squeek. But we were tired of having service appointments, especially during COVID, so we decided to live with it. Well, it's now less than 2 years since purchase and the heat is no longer working. And it's out of warranty. So now I will need to get it fixed on my dime. DON'T BUY THIS SET.

Installer broke a plug and left without running the machine first. When I found out what the issue was, bestbuy advised me to call Samsung instead of sending their guy to fix the plug. Returned it and ordered a ventless of the same model from costco
