It leaves clothes soggy...even after 3 hours. I learned that edry is even worse and is where the dryer automatically switches to. I’ve been very positively impressed with the sales people and the geeks ..they all get high ratings...it’s just the dryers that aren’t impressive.

Never happened with my old 10 year washer. Best Buy delivery and installation was horrible. Had to come 3 times to install. Dryer had big dent on side. Also Sent wrong stackeding adapter twice, then when finally stacked, they failed to install drain hose into pipe, water everywhere!

Kept getting the OC error message, meaning overfilling. It drained our hot water heater because it just keeps running and running but the clothes dont get clean. Afraid to leave the house with it running!

Samsung sent out a repair person that was very professional and completely took the dryer apart only to tell us that there is nothing wrong with the dryer. IF YOU LIKE YOUR DRYER NOISY THEN I GUESS THIS IS THE DRYER FOR YOU. I would not buy this dryer again!
