Right now restricted to using detergent pods which still allows use but, really? Two months after installation and I still do not have the drawer insert. Will spend additional time to hunt down the order put in by very helpful Best Buy personnel. Samsung, again, really?

Doesn’t sound good at all, I get it’s small but even if u just wash hand towels it’s still the same.

Washer was missing a part

They installed the washer without the hose (which I didnt know, of course), so it caused flooding on my laundry floor as well as my downstair neighbor's floor. I don't know if it's Samsung's or Best Buy's fault, but I am beyond exhausted from this whole process. I called Samsung to send me the missong part since Best Buy said I have to call the manufacturer. Now I have to wait at least 1 week again for the next installation date.

Unable to say when they can fix it. Now , they want me to go laundromat and expose myself instead of them honoring contract. I believe that is very unfair. No discount or price matching is worth the aggravation. it’s also impossible to cancel and order there because it’s impossible to get through to anyone. One can be on call for hours and hours. Do not purchase this washing machine

Our brand new washer broke down after 2 months. Made loud noise during the spin cycle and leaked water all over our floor. Service is slow to repair. Customer service does not care. Warranty is shortened by 7 months. Also, Samsung service will tell you they are coming out and then they don't since wait for a part to arrive.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought both. great machines...quiet, lots of fuctions..suprisingly larger than i thought...only complaint is washer door is about 5 inches from floor..kind of low for a man.....perfect fit considering i only had 27 depth to work with....and dryer is SIDE VENTED!.unfortunately Best Buy will not reroute vents which is understandable, .had to pay a person separately to do it but just happened to be the geek squad delivery man who volunteered to come back on his own time and do it!!!!....delivery was quick, effortless and perfect. great service.....very happy with these machines.....looked everywhere for a small vented dryer and settled on samsung. happy with the decision!!!

We picked it for it’s compact size so it fits well in the spot that has the washer hook up. Another plus is the the ability to choose different speeds for the spin cycle, and that helps reduce the vibration in the RV. We are able to wash 4 regular size bath towels at one time, but that is about the limit. We have a 110v dryer that works well with small loads. We are very happy with the purchase, it fits perfectly in to our new downsizing lifestyle.

Light loads work well, heavy loads not so much. Would not recommend this to people with kids or that wear lots of heavy clothes. Leaks out the front as others have said, not major but disconcerting for a brand new washer. Lots of settings and customizable settings which is nice. Overall a good washer for what it’s designed for.

This washer replaced the LG compact washer I’d recently purchased but immediately had severe vibration issues and a fabric softener compartment that wouldn’t hold liquid. After a very unproductive phone call with LG I decided to return the washer and purchased this Samsung model. It is superior in every way. Vibration levels are low, it’s quieter, and has options the LG did not. The build quality seems and feels more premium as well. Very happy with this purchase.
