So far a solid performance with only a few light loads. Everything came out clean, fresh and almost dry from the high-speed spin cycle. Noise was acceptable and vibration minimal. Controls are intuitive on first try (without reading manual). Definitely recommend for small spaces and/or energy-saving uses.

Very satisfied with this product. The size is perfect for me and it is extremely efficient.

This washer doesn’t disappoint. It handles smaller loads as well as larger loads, like my comforters. Doesn’t take up much space, as I live in an apartment.

This item was far-and-away the best deal price-wise for a compact washer. When my old washer broke, I was stuck between a rock and a hard place as the model was no longer manufactured and no other full-sized washer will fit in my tiny hallway to the room with the water hookups. With the space restrictions, my only options were compact washer units priced $1k and above, or this unit at a bit more than 2/3 that price. The washer runs well, but I've been having issues keeping it balanced when it reaches higher RPMs. At this point, I'm convinced that it's an error on my part and not the machine's. I'll update later if it's still not running properly after making every attempt to fix it.

Again, just like the dryer I also bought, I love the design and the fit in a small space. Also very quiet. The only maybe negative thing I would say so far is that there is always a little bit of standing water in the detergent dispenser and in the bottom of the rubber seal at the opening. I have heard they will mildew so I wipe out the standing water in the seal and always leave the door open when not in use.

My Samsung washer was delivered on December 12 by a 3rd Party company. Delivery was on time but the 2 guys that delivered it weren’t familiar with our Building so I had to direct them where to park. They brought the new washer up, removed the old washer and installed the new one. The main guy hooked it up and turned it on to show me it worked, however after I used it a few days later it vibrated when spinning. I’m still waiting on my Ventless dryer which has been back ordered. First delivery date was January 23rd, then February 2nd and then February 9th. Hopefully it’s not delayed again as I need my dryer, I’ll have to say I’m not completely satisfied with the 3rd Party Delivery Service that delivered the washer. Thank you

The unit has been a solid family washer, workhorse and easy to clean. It makes a pleasant sound when it finishes and has lots of steam options that keep clothes looking and feeling great. We are having some trouble with drainage now after almost 2 years, but hopefully it's a common issue that can be resolved easily. I'll update as we diagnose the problem.

I am very happy with purchasing this Samsung 2.2 Cu. Ft. washer. It looks great and does an excellent washing job. I like it's various washing programs with 5 water temp and 5 spin speed options among many other. I love the extra rinse, quick wash and rinse & spin (only) programs for more sophisticated needs. It has a very pleasant 'end of washing cycle' sound. This washer is quiet and works well with a matching dryer. It is made of hight quality materials and looks great! Very effective and easy to operate washer. Great buy!

This is washer is compact, quiet, and vibrates much less than my old one. I like that the door is reversible, the different wash cycles, and the self clean option. When it got delivered - the geek squad crew dropped it - which lead me to believe that was why it was leaking upon the very first wash - the replacement unit does not leak though and I have had it for a month. added bonus: it uses 1/5th the electricity as my old washer.

I needed a smaller unit that fit in the laundry closet of my condo. This unit works well and fit perfectly. I have had some quality control issues. The door lock is defective and it's been difficult to have a Bestbuy tech come back to repair/replace the part. Currently, the door lock won't secure when I start the device.

So far it has been 1 ywar and it is perfect. No problems, it is silent and most important no shaking during rinse.

This has to be one of the Best washers we have purchased yet. Considering it's a smaller under the counter washer it's very easy to use, almost a no brainer. So far we are very pleased with the performance, but as far as longevity, only time will tell.

This washer has served us well since 2017 but mid 2021 it started having a few leaks. Luckily we'd purchased a Geek Squad protection plan and Samsung's Technicians suggested a replacement unit and today we received a brand new machine. The machine itself has so many settings to chose from, it's efficient, does a really good clean and is pretty quiet. We have the matching dryer stacked on top of it. Love these units, would recommend.

This is our first washer in our condo. We were using community laundry before. This thing is efficient. I like that it is so quiet and doesn’t cost a lot to operate. We didn’t purchase the stacking kit, so we haven’t tested the dryer matching set yet. I like how many settings there are, but it can be difficult to understand. Luckily, the manual does a good job at explain what all the buttons do. It makes this “longer than normal ring “ when the laundry is done. It is definitely subjective. I haven’t gotten the app to work but that’s not a big deal to me.

I live in an apartment complex and this washer is perfect for small spaces. I bought this washer because the machine located in my complex was not cleaning my clothes throughly. It performs very well and my laundry is now clean. The machine is virtually quiet and you can't even tell its washing until the pump kicks in to drain the water. This was the only reason I only gave 4 stars. I still think its a worthwhile purchase.

This is a compact type machine. I bought this to replace my faulty 3+ year old GE WCVH4800K on which the door had become stuck and the machine had to be disassembled to trigger the latch to open the door and remove the washed laundry. I decided to replace the GE washer and it's matching dryer on which the drum bearing had gone bad. I am hopeful the Samsung performs better. Many of the Samsung's external design features are the same as the GE's making it likely they come from same design and or fabrication facilities, I'm hopeful the Samsung performs better over time as the GE's were complete duds. But back to this machine. There is one little items I read about in reviews then forgot - the USER GUIDE shows a part included called a 'Liquid detergent container' - this is not mentioned in the INSTALLER GUIDE. After the installers left I did not have it. It is critical if you use Liquid Detergent. You will not find this part in google search and it is not on any of the normal appliance part websites - I had to scroll through the samsung part website for the model until I found it. I brought this to the attention of Best Buy Customer service they referred me to the Pacific station in the store - and they tried but were unable find the part or help me. I had to call Samsung - they promised to send me the part - but would not give me a part number so I don't know if it is the correct one; hopeful. Otherwise Machine is solid so far and have to give kudos to Samsung help on their 800 line - one phone call - pending correct part arriving - and problem should be solved. Hope this is helpful.
