This washer exceeds expectations! It fits perfectly in my space. Perfect size for condo I would definitely recommend. Small but powerful!!

This washer holds a lot of items for a compact washer. As a point of reference, the front of the washer is roughly the size of a dishwasher, but of course, it is a lot deeper. It would fit under a standard kitchen counter. Hopefully, that gives anyone thinking of purchasing this washer an idea of it's size. I just had a bathroom remodeled with new plumbing for hookups, with this washer and dryer side by side under a counter. Love it!!

Great size for my park model! Easy to use, nice for one or two people.

I like the compact size and the style. It cleans items well. It sometimes spits out pods and I find them on the rubber gasket. I need to find out how to manage this issue. I have it four stars because the noise level is higher than expected especially on the spin cycle. Aside from the machine itself, installation was not up to par. Installers did not install the outlet hose properly or level the machine. This could cause problems in the future.

Wow just wow. Bought the Samsung compact washer and matching dryer, and these are the best W/D I’ve ever used. Clothes come out super clean, the dryer only runs until the clothes are dry, no matter how long it says on the display. Both very efficient. Washer is quiet even during spin cycle. I haven’t used all the features yet like steam, but I look forward to trying it out. (My previous set was whirlpool, which was the worst ever. )

This washer and dryer fit perfectly in my small laundry alcove in the master bathroom. It's pretty quiet as well. There's multiple settings, but I would have to say I wish the athletic wear setting worked a bit better. Doesn't always get all the smell out of your gym clothes. Overall, we are pretty happy with it.

I am very happy with my washer. It is pretty, easy to use and cleans much better than expected for such a compact model. Good for SMALL spaces.

I love this. It is mostly quiet as advertised, but the music could be a little shorter.

The Samsung washer was delivered on time, well packaged and with all associated parts. I declined to use the Samsung provided hoses as they were plain rubber and not wire sleeve protected. The installation was simple and straightforward. The washer was purchased along with the matching dryer to replace the current stacked washer/dryer set in the condo laundry closet. The fit of the new Samsung was snug, but o.k. The snug fit did make accessing the leveling feet a bit difficult. I purchased the Stacking Kit which made mounting the dryer on top of the washer an easy task. The unit runs quiet and with minimal vibration. The cleaning quality is superior to the previous older Whirlpool unit. Do read the owners manual as there are a lot of optional bells and whistles in the control settings. The Geek Squad did an overall good job with the delivery. They were on time, called when they were on the way and were polite and careful of walls, furniture and doorways. My one criticism is that large pieces of foam packaging and plastic wrap were left laying on the street after the delivery which I had to go out and pickup. Overall, I am satisfied with the price, washer, delivery and sales staff and will do business with Best Buy again in the future.

This is a silent product. It does it’s job and the installation and haul away for this was very well communicated.

The clothes come out clean and are not dripping wet. The machine is easy to operate and quiet.

I searched all over to find a washer that would fit in my very tiny space. I finally landed on this washer and the corresponding dryer, because they checked all the boxes. They have not let us down so far and although I spent a little more than I may have wanted, it was the only one that fit and it works great. I would buy again.

I needed a smaller washer/dryer set for a closet and Samsung is the only manufacturer to offer a matching vented dryer. I grabbed the set and couldn't be happier. They work great. Quiet, energy efficient and gets my clothes clean and dry. I was concerned the smaller size would cause me to have to do more loads but it has been surprisingly good.

Tremendous value. Used many times and all good. Also have matching heat pump dryer. Dryer is also a great value. Love how it makes cloths feel really soft. A lot of negatives but so far we all good. Best Buy deliver services excellent. Friendly service.

These fit nicely in small space of my closet. They are very nice looking. I am looking forward to using them.

I knew it would hold a small load when I bought it. It had to fit in a small space. I have been using it for several weeks now and it has done a good job. The controls were easy to learn. There have been no issues with quality. I am happy with the performance and would recommend it to any one who needs a compact washer to fit in a small space.

Having used for the past 3 weeks we are very pleased. Sadly you need to pay more for smaller washers and dryers. Seems unreasonable. Runs quietly and had a 26 minute quick wash that we mostly use
