The washer itself is fine. Tiny so can’t do big loads. So far so good. The value of this is terrible, much more expansive compared to non-compact machines. Bestbuy delivery service can be extreme, the first group were kind and easy to interact with. Because we had a issue with the lack of drip pan the second group came took a look and told me to call a plumber. Excuse me that’s not at all what the other delivery people and the other corporate person I spoke with said. And worst of all they just said oh we are going to make a call and then just LEFT!! At one point we just wanted the second group to move the machines upstairs and we can install it ourselves but they didn’t want to do it? Isn’t that your job?!!! It took 3 different delivery teams to finally install this!

Excellent small foot print washer. I have limited space and this fit very well. I was concerned about a smaller capacity but it hasn't really been an issue. I mostly found myself doing half sized loads in my old full size washer/dryer and that just makes a normal sized load in this one. Seems fast and efficient so far. No complaints yet. It's worth noting that the spin cycle is fierce in this thing. It included griping stickers to put on the floor under the feet. I didn't use them initially and the washer walked itself around the room! Once applied, as the instructions ask (stupid me right) I haven't had any other trouble. Would buy again.

Everything is so hi tech.. the noise level is almost non- existing. Incredible washing consistency. The drum is very large ,therefore can handle a large load at a time. The best purchase for its buck.

The washer itself is working well. The main thing I want to warn against is if you are getting a washer + dryer installed. Make sure the stacking kit is the right size! Best Buy auto-added a 27 inch one instead of a 24 inch one. This meant they had to come 3 times before finally having the right equipment. They also didn't bring the side vent kit which was auto-added to the order and it wasn't even needed. However, they have been unable to refund me for it. Be careful with everything they auto-add to the order!!

I’ve had this washing machine for 5 months and remain impressed. It’s quiet, holds a good amount of laundry for a compact unit and has quite a few options. If you have a limited space, I’d highly recommend this unit.

I've had the unit for only 1 month. Pros: Very quiet, compact size. Cons: Front Buttons are abit wonky, cant use Hot water temp with Perm Press Cycle, cant use Med Spin on Delicate Cycle.

I recently replaced my 2-in-1 unit for a compact washer and dryer. So far, this has been an excellent purchase. It's quiet, so much faster than my old unit, has far more washing options, and does a great job of getting my laundry clean.

My laundry room is on the second floor of an old house with a very narrow staircase. When I needed to replace my old combination washer-dryer unit, I could not purchase full-size appliances because they wouldn’t fit up the stairs. Luckily the Samsung 2.2cuft washer and matching dryer would. And because they are stackable they fit in the same space as the old unit. Washer has a variety of settings (including steam) for different washing needs and does a great job on any setting. Spin cycle is very efficient so drying time is reduced. Unit has dispenser for both fabric softener and bleach, and even notifies you when the washer itself need to go through a cleaning cycle. These units have made doing laundry a less daunting task. I highly recommend.

This washer is very easy to use. Has many settings. Cleans clothes well. Sleek and functional.

Not really a fan of the small sized units, but we couldn't find literally anything else that would fit depth-wise in our laundry space. Does it's job well and is quiet. No complaints about the washer. DO NOT BUY THROUGH BEST BUY. The delivery and installation is horrible. First delivery = severely damaged machine that couldn't be part of a stack. Second delivery = canceled by them. Took nearly a month. Each time, even though it's THEIR fault each time, you get sent to the back of the delivery & installation queue.

Overall it's good, and the clothes are almost dry. However, it's small e.g. you can only wash one big blanket each time

I bought this washer to complete my set (I bought the dryer at a different store) and have been very happy with my purchase. It's a fairly quiet machine and does a great job washing clothes.

I am very happy with my new washer. It is the appropriate size for my place; and gets the job done.

So far so good. I’ve only had it a few weeks. It has a lot of washing options and a mellow tune is played when the wash is finished. If you have a tight space for your washer this is the way to go. It’s small but has a nice size wash tub. It’s good for a one-two person family. Like with any frontloading washer you do have to clean it on a regular basis to avoid mildew build up. It has a self cleaning cycle. Only time will tell if this helps. So far I recommend.

bought open box, had problem with the motor. under warranty so checking in with samsung. hope fully it will work

We just replaced our 9 year old compact washer with the Samsung and couldnt be happier! It has more choices for the type of load being washed, there is a setting for allergies, steam, and sanitize.. we have only had it two weeks but already we see our clothes are much cleaner and the washer is much quieter. We have owned Samsung electronics and have found them to be excellent. However this is our first Samsung appliance... and so far we love it!

I love this washer. It is similar to my Kenmore only smaller. It does hold quite a bit because there is no center posts I am still going thru all the features. It has been quiet in all phases.
