Now that my wife and I are empty nesters we don't have as much laundry to do. We also want to put the washer/dryer on the main floor so we don't have to do steps with an arm full of clothes. The washer/dryer stacks and is in a closet so the smaller size works perfectly.

I haven’t tried the steam features and, quite honestly, don’t know if I ever will. I got this model because it had the largest capacity for the smaller size units. Like every front loader I’ve seen, it does allow water to settle in the gasket of the door so I wipe it out after the last load to prevent mold/mildew. It cleans very well and has the options I need for delicate items. The, “done sound”, needs a little work as it’s quite long but not obnoxiously loud. Also, there is no WiFi connectivity for this model which I found strange but not essential. I just like to play.

My only complaint is the low height of the door, which requires me to get on the floor to empty clothes from the back. Otherwise, it's great!

Great machine, so much more efficient and quiet. We're noticing a savings on our utility bill already. Should have done this earlier.

Am quite impressed! The washer works very well, though the spin, like many washers, is fairly noisy. the capacity is quite big for the small space! I do wish the various wash settings had more flexibility...eg...just plain regular cold!!! Too many choices!

Tenant says that washer works well but top cover was severely dented upon removing packaging. I have not yet tried to seek repair or replacement from Best Buy because unit works and we’re over 2 hours from store.
