    We have a smaller laundry room, so this was one of the few options and we are pleased. Sleek design and a quiet/efficient machine. Geek Squad install was much better than the 3rd party contractors that other companies use.

    Great so far! We are just happy to be able to wash in our new home. We did have an issue with our first washer delivery because the machine didn't rinse properly. But the delivery service professionals have been kind, skilled, and consistent in helping us get a better machine.

    When we saw this machine after it was installed, it was obvious to us that we needed a bigger machine. (There was not a floor model in the store so we did not have a good mental picture of how small this machine was. Best Buy very graciously let us return this machine and substitute a larger model that was better in the space we had. Thanks.

    Perfect for our needs in a park model. It was very odd that the soap, softener & bleech dispenser is not labeled, only has symbols. These symbols do not appear on the website, nor in the booklet...
