There is a lot of hunt and peck involved because on line search reveals little. For instance, when trying to find how to soak, the screen says to use the app. Nowhere do they tell you there is an app, how to download it or that it is necssary. Some engineer spent a lot of time devising complicated programs that the average user can not access or use.

Its the delivery that I was not satisfied with. The 1st attempted delivery, the "haul away" was not completed and the new washer was left in the middle of the kichen, until a week later when someone came and completed the delivery.

The water level differs from each setting, i.e. more water when you wash bigger load (beddings).

I bought this unit last year when it offered 2-year manufacture warranty as a part of promotion from bestbuy website. However, I called samsung and was told I only have standard one-year warranty. I contacted the bestbuy customer service and inquired about it, and the agent was not helpful and didn't even try to help or to answer my question, she just hang up on me when she didn't know the answer.

Waste of time

I had to return it as I was unable to find the correct one. It was a hassle when it could’ve been avoided if I was informed no power cord came with it. It originally comes with it from manufacturer and when I contacted Best Buy they said it didn’t, I contacted Samsung and they said because it was open box they couldn’t help. It’s stated in item specifications the washer comes with the power cord.
