This computer has phenomenal specs and the flip function to us it as a tablet is pretty awesome. However there is a bit of a glitch when booting up and using the computer for long periods of time. There is a laundry list of updates to do out of the box which required 13 reboots and 3 times of googling to find the necessary driver updates that I had to manually install. Some of the glitches have gone away but this computer is frustrating to deal with.

This Samsung replaced both our desk and old laptop. WORKS GREAT! It is a 2 in 1, is easy to navigate for settings etc. I like a mouse so is easy to disable the touch pad. I use thumb drives, mouse, External drive, do pictures transfers.. Have plenty of ports to do my work. Really like the lit keyboard. I am a typing entry person. The keyboard has a good feel. The tablet side is still a little of a mystery to me, but I am working on that. What I do know about the tablet side is that it works.

This was a gift for my 14 year old granddaughter who needed a new computer. Her uses, beside schoolwork, include games (Minecraft in particular), videos, and she is constantly learning how to do creative and useful things with it. This computer, after several weeks of use now, is still meeting all the marks she set for it. She loves the touch screen feature, it’s fast and has plenty of memory.

After using a 5 year old computer i feel like a new person Fast, fast, fast. Its wonderful not to sit and wait for the screen to change I love the big sceen

This is a good computer reacts pretty quickly. I like the fact that I can control my phone from a computer and answer phone calls and text message through the computer. I just recently bought the product as far as I can see no issues very happy with it wish it came with a stylus so whenever when I use it as a tablet to show presentation to clients, I would have been touching the screen with my finger.

Definitely get this version over the $200 more version with the ssd. the difference in price will get you a much bigger and better ssd (which you absolutely NEED for any computer in todays world) and will make geek squad cheaper as well. The screen is by far one of the best displays on a laptop even at 1080p. It doesn't wash out at any angle like most laptops and the macbooks do. The keyboard is well spaced. The hinge is solid. YOU NEED TO UPGRADE TO AN SSD though. This laptop has a m.2 sata3 port inside so you can add an ssd instead of swapping out the entire hdd. This laptop SCREAMS with an ssd inside. With windows 10 it takes me all of 3 seconds from off to booted (vs 45 seconds to a minute 30) and another half second (vs 15-20 sec) to open the browser. The computer comes with 12gb of ddr4 ram (upgradeable to 32gb with two 16gb sticks) which is difficult to access but is user swappable (just like the hard drive) It will play newer big name games at pretty bad framerates but doesn't do too horrible after you overclock the graphics chip a little, however the laptop is built more for video editing than video game playing.

We use this computer for photo editing on our trips. Not the fastest computer out there but the screen is really nice and it is a touch screen to boot. Lots of storage space, Ram and the CPU is fast. Considering upgrading to add a SSD for the operating system which would really complete this machine.

I bought this laptop Nov. 18, 2017. Until now it's still running fast, and looks pretty new. :) I love it. Specs are great. It's touch screen, too. You can flip it like a notebook. The only thing is it's kinda heavy for me to carry when traveling. I am thinking of selling it and get the Macbook Air. I don't know. Maybe I can have both. Hah! :-)

I started with a Samsung and had to return it because it kept locking up. HP proved to be a better product for half the price.

We bought this laptop for our daughter at college and she is loving it. Speed and size of memories and touch screen.

Leery of Samsung products after the cell phone fiasco, but I bought this one based upon previous experience with another Samsung laptop four years ago (still going strong BTW). This laptop is everything I wanted for my applications...speed, powerful for gaming, storage, RAM...all great and fit my needs exactly.

Its nice to enjoy the touchscreen features still and also still be able to use keyboard.

My eyes are getting older and for some work I need to be closer to the screen than possible with a traditional laptop. When the screen is bent back into the tablet position, the keyboard becomes the back of the tablet, or the stand. As I don't want to ruin the keyboard, I always make sure I have a solid surface to place the tablet on--not directly on my lap for instance. The other issue I'm aware of may be a result of my limitations as a computer operator, but I've found the keyboard set-up more responsive for drop-down lists etc. than the tablet format. This is frustrating at times. Other than these two issues, I've been very pleased with even small details of this computer: the fan is located along the hinge, & the small stops where screen and keyboard meet are narrow and made of very durable material which shouldn't get dirty or dislocated over time.

Fast processing and lots of storage space. Im okay without touch screen but nice to use anyway

I like samsung products bt I really like this laptop. I got it for my start up business and so far so good it has such a clear screen and I love the way u can bounce from the keyboard to touch screen without having to push any buttons to change it I'm really excited to get to learn more on my Samsung laptop!!! :) And further my career using it!

This is the best laptop I've ever owned. Screen is great, clear and bright. Love the way it starts when you open the cover. No pressing of buttons except for the first time. The touchscreen is precise. Using it as a tablet, since it's a 2 in one, is great, Really like this one.

It was a pain to set up but after you get past that it runs like a dream.

This laptop is fast. No, seriously FAST. When tested on PCMatic it told me it was in the top 10% of computers tested. I believe it.
